I went this shop yesterday. The ceilling fan - FANCO cheaper than other supplier almost 43%. Should i buy? Just wonderign why the price so cheap..

Hi Aron, My new BTO house will be available end of this year. But just to check with you, base on a 4 rm house which living room is around 3m with 8m (W X L) some contractors have advised using two aircons for the living room (One in the sofa area, another in the dining). Which in their case will used two compressor. I find that too costly and will like to seek your advise if there are any system available in the market big enough for my living room, and still able to supply my other three normal rooms. Thanks in advance.
