For us, we cant. As it is quite inconvenient for us to use the common toilet for daily showers. I would probably install the storage tank in the common toilet so that it looks better in the master toilet.

I may not have false ceiling in my HTS room. Does that means that I can think of the surround cables later? PS: Renovation is whole lot of money....

Just bought a 4 room resale. We dislike the floor and would like to do laminated flooring instead of hacking and lay tiles to cut cost for the renovation. We have no knowledge for laminated flooring and would like to ask the members here for opinions and advice... Any cons? Heard that laminated flooring cannot last. Is that true?
