hi, the wall behind our bed is wallpaper. we spend $700+ for doing that wall.

wow, greycat! your house very nice. i like your kitchen! do you cook alot? u must be careful when u cook on your hob, the silver part of the cooker. that time we boiled some soup and it overflowed then stained the silver part. even the stainless steel cleaner also can't clean it liao.. then now 2 cooker is silver colour and that one is those tarnished brown colour. so sad.. so when can we go look see look see ur home? hehe...

hi denoria, i had seen few of the units in my area just do casement windows for the svc balcony. i'm also still deciding between doing window or grills at my svc balcony. but i felt for security reasons, maybe grills will be a better choice unless you are not going to open your windows.

greycat, nice to see the progress of your reno ya the air always dusty with all the renos going on. even till now my house still dusty everyday. both my direct neighbours doing reno now, then don't know which of their contractor always like to sweep dust and dirt over to our front door. can tell is they sweep over, cos their front door so clean then ours so dirty. angry leh.. but now also don't care liao.. sweep away already then next day still dirty again.

wah.. happy belated birthday to brownmse! i'm going to blow off the same number of candles as him in another few mths. bleah.. during our wedding, we also got 1 bottle wine per table and we also thought not enough cos our friends all drinkers then we bought another extra crate of wine. end up alot of them driving so never drink then we still have to bring back 2 and half crate of wine back. now all store in my HHS, dunno will spoil or not cos inside quite warm leh.

thanks i did this as a tv feature wall in my living room. including the plasterboard wall is ard $800+ but i did it thru my ID. it's ard 8ft long. hehe.. very messy pic, n ignore my hubby in the pic cos that time he testing out our tv when it arrived. we did a larger one, covering the whole of one wall for our mbr and it cost us abt $600. hmm.. i dunno if it's cheaper to just go thru goodrich directly or not. i like dark dark colours ones like yours but hubby dun like.. so have to choose all the light and bright colours one..

koikoi's pink wardrobe and orange gallery is very nice hehe.. allo's house also very nice. i realised that u ppl hse on higher floor more windy.. dunno why my hse feel warmer leh.. ya i guess need to wait for a few days, like wallpaper also.. that time just after they pasted our wallpaper also alot of bubbles then the contractor told us that after a few days it will be gone.

mine is flower design textured wallpaper.

initially i got big headache with my wallpaper too. i got a white one and didn't know that the material is so thin. part of my wall was painted brown so can see behind the wall paper got 2 colours. so we had to tear down part of the wall paper to repaint the wall behind it. now if look clearly still can see different tone from the wall paper. so sad but now like can live with it already. so not only dark wallpaper got problem, light colour wallpaper also got problem. i was telling my HB that maybe next time when we are feeling "richer" then we change it. hehe..

last nite i looked at my stickers again, the bubbles all gone by itself. so weird. i never notice it at ikea before. maybe next time go ikea can go take a look

yup supposed stick either side also ok. but the side where the sticker is, the colour is more striking and the other side the colour looks more greyish. i paste it from the kitchen side instead of from the living room side and my pasting skill also not good, so alot of bubbles now no matter i open or close my kitchen door also can see those bubbles.
