It's can be hack, but why does your Id says no? Ok it's because when the hacker hack the frame it might affect the wall tiles. And why wall and floor tiles cannot be touch for new flats? It's because hdb had done the water proofing and they does not want your contractors to damage it.

Ok this happened to mainly ceramic tiles, ceramic tiles are glazed with colors. If it not treated well in the factory the color will fade out and causes the groud to stain with some colors. Secondly, it might due to the chemical acid wash after the completion of the work. The washer might have use a stronger acid to make the color reaction on the groud lines if it turns abit yellowish. The solutions u can try out are two ways, one, as what the previous member mention, buy a bottle of groud and div urself over it again and see it works. Second, try with some bleach u use for bleaching the clothes, apply on a dry tissue paper. Paste on the affected area for 2-5 mins. Let the bleach take out the stains. If these 2 ways cannot work for you. U can pm me, I show u another way of doing it. Hope this help.

Hi bigbag, For PE endorsement for knocking down wall fees are range from 500-700. The PE can endorse for you within 2 days or maybe 1 if the plans are clear. For HDB side, it depends. ranging from 1week to 2week pending for hacking wall even you have the PE endorsement. But still it depends on case to case. If you are looking for a HDB -registered ID, there are quite alot of them outside this market. As for direct main con, you might want to check at the HDB registered listing. Hi Tohweixiang, Warranty for workmanship will be 2 years, wear and tear and man made problems are not covered. For your case, i can get my designer to draw for you if you do not have any idea what you want. As for contractor, they do not have a showroom only ID's has one. I do have a operating signage workshop at Defu lane which is my office. And for my carpentry, i do have a workshop in JB. I guess those are basic price u got quoted for. But before you commit anything just ensure that those are the items and material you wanted for the right price. Hi Shawncck, Solid surface is semi shine i can say that. The shine will not last more then 5 years, depending on the user how they maintain and usage. But dont worry about it, solid surface can be re-polish. Other then solid surface, you can try granite tops which are very shiny if you are choosing the black galaxy. But the price is much higher then solid surface. If you have an appointment ID or contractor ask them to show you the samples. Cheers!
