Ng seems to be quite an OK person ba... nv met her b4, though i always liase with her over the phone until she koes who i am b4 i can identify myself.

my WCs were so badly stained that i tot the stains couldn't be removed, but somehow they managed to hopefully u can complaint until Ng agrees to change urs ba.

should be no prob ba.. the ones dat i told my ID to remove all brand new coz the plumber from HDB juz changed it the previous weeks. the taps at my sis place beri old liao, can change already. hopefully she can make use of it.

i also used the same excused but the TO still managed to get the plumber to clean it off. mine no stain liao leh. but anyway, i'm changing it both WCs. so watever taps dat has been changed, i've told my ID to remove n keep for mi. can pass to my sis to use when taps are spoilt. no need to waste $$ buy new ones to change oh, u wan to remove the balcony door to extend ur living room?

tink mine was the sample unit bcoz the unit next to the showroom was already taken up and someone staying there liao. tonite also nv strike 4D !! my HB said if the SCV point really can't work den we change, otherwise juz stick to the old ones. tink u got hope for the tiles... as for WCs, they'll not change, oni ask plumber to fix. same goes for the TV point, no spoill no change, rusty also no use.

mi also nv strike tonite... ur unit really is in a worse state than mine my SCV pt wasn't change although i complained dat it was rusty. Ms Ng said unless it's spoilt, otherwise it'll nt be replaced my ID's quotation oni includes shifting SCV pt but nt changing considering to pay the electrician to change a new one

hi applefreak.. went to my nest today to meet the ID, electrician n air-con guy.. was late for 30mins.. ID said actually window guy was here to measure our windows but left coz he got appt elsewhere ID nv said window guy coming lor gonna move quite a no. of electrical points and adding additional tel pt. need to hide air-con trunking also, so need to box up some of the wall adding additional kitchen cabinets total bill $2.7k extra so i sacrificed my pebble wash at the balcony otherwise no blum system for my kitchen. heng i save $2.4k from not changing my wall tiles. else really broke like mad.

i tink download 1 episode abt $3.90? or u juz pay $10.90 n watch watever u want unlimited for 1mth. might be quite worth the $$ spent if u can get the inspiration for ur nest. i followed every episode except for one. NICE!!

wouldn't tis sink takes up lotsa space, considering dat it's abt 4ft. i already find my 3ft 2-bowl sink takes up too much space liao.

the direct supplier Hafary has got back to mi. they do have the stocks on hand will be collecting them tis sat coz reno starts next mon. hmm, if the tiles were still the old ones which u are having now, i'll will rather top up get nice nice homogenous tiles. but too bad it was changed b4 the WIS started, so we'll juz stick with it unless i strike TOTO $1million

i just called the HDB tiles contractor tis aftn coz i wan to buy tiles. we are hacking our study room wall so need tiles to replace the affected areas.. but the contractor told mi he got no stock in his storeroom and asked me to call his directly supplier Hafary at Defu Lane. the direct supplier said the tiles was ordered last aug, maybe dun haf same colour liao. he said will get back to mi tml morning to confirm whether have the stock anot. if sway sway he dun haf the same colour tiles anymore i also dunno how liao. wan to faint already. my hubby said if really dun haf the tiles den dun wan to hack the study room wall liao told my ID who suggested dat i use similar coloured tiles hubby n mi cannot accept tis lor. so ID said let the entrance remain the original position and still hack the walls but nt all the wall to the floor. tis way we wun need tiles and still can make the study room mei mei

ic, yesterday i checked the book given by HDB, saw the floorplan for the EA at anchorvale.. exactly the same as urs and MerCury but have service yard. but those with service yard, the kitchen ended up being smaller the service yard was separated out fm the kitchen.

oh, tink i saw the shop b4.. 2nd or 3rd floor rite? u really haf to push the HDB ppl, otherwise they really do the work slowly. did u managed to get them to change the floor tiles for u or u gonna find a contractor to do that? i've called the HDB contractor yesterday coz i wan to buy floor tiles, heard dat there are some units over at 298A and 298B which are changing floor tiles. mine also at the corridor (beri obvious coz we both got same floorplan ). i'll be having a black tempered glass divider with the prayer altar on the other side facing the balcony. like dat den got privacy mah.. my next door neighbour (a young couple who juz got married) nv do divider and their sofa is very near the door. everytime i walk pass can look rite inside lor.

joyz, i bought my EA basically coz the kitchen has two entrances and i like the layout lor. being next to the LRT, schools and 10mins walk to compasspoint is another plus. but i nv expected the rooms to be really small as compared to the EAs at Anchorvale. mine is a premium flat, so com with tiles liao. my HB can't imagine if we've bought EA at Anchorvale instead. coz for a premium EA, our reno cost almost $40k liao, if it's a standard flat, it'll be higher. juz now i went ur reno blog, realised that i have bought the same lights as ur dining room and service yard. downlights also the same. MerCury, i tot EA at Anchorvale also got service yard. I remember seeing the showflat and sample unit both have leh.

i juz realised dat the bedrooms, especially MBR for EAs at Anchorvale are bigger. all the rooms in my EA at Compassvale so small, best part is MBR looked the smallest

Prettibride, saw tis coffeetable at a two furniture shops located at kaki bukit eunos technolink, tink is $399.. mi also tinking of getting one. went to the s'pore living at expo last week also saw it but at a much higher price. one of them is Home2Be, they sell at $400++. can't remember the other company name liao, but their version comes will an additional wooden rack which can be removed.. so they sell at $500++ even if u dun wan the wooden rack oni less $50 they have a small matching side table at $300++ i told my hubby we'll be crazy if we buy fm expo coz the kaki bukit furniture shops sell cheaper and is exactly the same.
