Yup. Dat part is my dining table (it's extended frm the kitchen island). But the narrow part u see in the pic is the skeleton of the dining table. They'll install an Indian granite top over it as the table top proper.

Haha.. Still got few hiccups along the way lar. Hopefully nw last phase phase oredi, will be soon soon..

Juz came back frm Cellini. Ordered the sofa n bedroom set frm Cellini le. Topped up $100 for a better/firmer mattress. The mattress they giving in the package is selling at $600, while the one I chose is $1200 (orthopedic masters quality). So worth it to juz top up addn $100 ☺ Color scheme choose grey fabric over black PU for both sofa n bed (to hv a uniform scheme). Also topped up $190 for the coffee table. Yest also confirmed my blinds. Will be using full white PVC (timber alike) blinds wif black strips:

Ya.. I luv the sofa. Gotta do some space planning to ensure it'll not be too crampy..

Worth buying?

Ya it's abit narrow cos of the pipes. Dun wanna hv trouble wif hdb so I din do any 'mod'. Kekeke.. Din really measure but hv to tilt body a little bit to walk thru. Actually still ok cos the two boxed up are not directly opp each other, ie at an angle. Next time take better pics so dat u understand wat I meant

Can be done lar.. I oso did it Its the space planning datz impt.

Wld vy much wished for a Blanco but reno budget vy tight oredi.. Since I'm doing under-mount, might as well spend lesser on another sink which is cheaper but yet ard the same durability/look.
