Can u show us pic of your blinds? ie. Blackout blinds? Does he have a shop?

I saw the one at lightings.com.sg. Its just a simple birdcage with no design (kinda boring compared to PECA). So I searched high & low and finally found one at Balestier. But they came in ugly dark brown so we ended up spray-painting it to white which brings out the design better. Plan to post up the pic soon. I had the urge to get it online if I still can't find an ideal one in Singapore. But I'm never a online shopping gal, so I'm abit nervous to buy things from the web. Kudos to you! Very nice lamp you've got. Looking forward to your lighting ceremony!

Zio, you've got PM.

Wooo. Sharp eye striking. Doesn't seem like a good idea to use such flooring in wet kitchen. Any special treatment done? Like your kitchen and toilet wall tile. Squarish, something different. Nice. And i like your kitchen lighting. We got something similar for our study. Nice!

Wow! The drawers are attractive on its own already. The different design of the partition You must show them off during house-warming. Pull out don't hide (don't waste!) haha. More excuses to buy jewellery! Thanks for your compliment on our bed frame

OMG! you bought the peca light! I was aiming for that last time when I was desperately finding a birdcage lamp. Did u buy it online? Mind sharing the price and website? Cheers

Tjoeshue, Your WIW looks great! Did you outsourced this or was included in the carpentry works? Mind sharing the supplier? Thanks! And your balcony is huge! Can totally set up a buffet line here.

Wow! your master toilet is HUGE! So spacious that you can put 2 basins, 2 shower heads, extended shower screen and still have space to walk freely. It look like a shower area for spa boutique. Nice~

Wow! I see you do ALOT of box-up! Are they going to paint a layer of the whole house first?
-
I think you should. My friend got the same clear kitchen glass door and she bang right through it. Was quite bad for her (and the glass door). It's too clear she didn't realize its a door!

Nobelleng, We have very similar layout and your 5rm look way bigger than ours! Probably cos u didn't do any divider in the living? And I see that you hack away almost all the tiles, do u mind sharing your reno cost with me? I like your matt white laminate in your kitchen. Kinda different from ours, look cleaner. Day 39 seems like a long time, how long is the reno suppose to take? Any 3D pic to share?

MingzhuAng, We had a similar one too which caught me by the surprise. Contractors nowadays are catching up with time, gone are the days with those old fashion drainage hole! Like your bathroom wall tiles. Looking good!
-
Hi ejszaka Did you manage to tile up the box-up in your toilet? We tried to ask our contractor to do it but he say it's not possible because the underlying material won't be strong enough to hold the tiles.

Hi potatoes We thought of doing a separate area for laundry but space is really limited. And HDB likes to put all the water pipes at one area. So to simplify things, this is what we ended up doing. So next time we have to keep all the clothes ahead of heavy cooking. Nobellong, Living area is still work-in-progress. The only finished item is the brick wall. We are still designing our TV feature. Thanks all for your well compliments. Glad to receive positive feedbacks. P.S: I'm Prody's WTB

Your 3D looks good. Very soft color scheme. What is your ID calling this theme? How about the other 3D pic of your house as well? Referring to your aircon qn, we bought panasonic system 3 for our house from All Best. Got it around 2.4 back then (April). It comes with air ionisor/purifier. Upgraded pipes. 5yr installation warranty. $150 service vouchers. You can consider this also. Hope this helps.
