As this floorplan is meant for 2nd floor, it doesn't look like a utilisable space since there is no entrance. Probably an external void space. Perhaps you can take a look a the 1st floor floorplan.

1) The stair case is running clockwise. You climb from 9 o'clock and reach 2nd floor at 3 o'clock. 2) Once reach 2nd floor, see 2 doors left and right, one side of the door is to the roof garden and another door is to the room. 3) Once you enter into the room, you will immediately see the toilet entrance that has a bi-fold door 4) The springline is probably some kind of tiled roof.

Yea, the cosways filter is just to filter away some impurities so that we need not boil water. It was also used for my aquarium tank water.... Hehe.... Meanwhile, I will try to fix a power socket within an arms length to the sink so that I can fix up a water filter in future....

Actually, they didn't quote me extra for anything. It was exactly as discussed. Only thing they say need to top-up is the glass display cabinet beside the hidden storeroom door.
