Carpenter said contractor told him i said it was the tray rusting. I told him not! It's leaking. So end up the carpenter did not bring a new tray. He will replace it for me.

nope. handphone will face congestion if something catastrophic happens. Land line still safest. Or maybe satellite phone.

sorry, i meant to say digital line. The line comes from the modem. Can use normal phone. But if internet down or power outage then no need call lah. in contingency, land line is always the most safest.

the digital phone has a number for dial in/out. I assume fiber works the same else quite funny cannot call in. But you may wanna just confirm.
