Aiyo! Better get HDB to get it done soon. I'm also very wary of water seepage from outside into my unit, then L-Box, ceiling, laminate flooring, etc. will be damaged.. (If HDB at fault, can claim bo har?)

Yes, one of my fav selection.. at first i thought of doing it horizontal.. but then my ID/contractor did it vertical (w/o consulting me ).. luckily he was right! I did my reno abt 1.5 yrs ago liao..

Bcos there's a drop, my 1st guess must be the entrance frm the kitchen to the living hall.. but then there should be no wall on the left-hand side in the living hall.. My next guess is main door entrance to the hse.. but then there shouldn't be a wall on the right-hand side.. Really beats me!

Almost got no. 1 about 1.5yr ago but dun really like the silver dots.. think the price then was $899 (or $799 too with a very special promo).. so price hasn't really drop that much.. surprising leh! Ended up getting the Hitachi RZ411EMS (Silver) with front jet freezing

Hello Ryang, congrats on ur new flat, & welcome to the 3-roomers' club & to RT! (So delighted to see so many fellow club members recently! ) Ur 3-room layout is so unique! Definitely one that I do know is in existence until now! Mind sharing wat model & how big it is? By the way, toking abt squarish living rm, my 3A (74sqm) is squarish, which i like very much. (Makan - ur 3A, however, is more on rectangular (though not as long as the 3NG) right?) Can't wait to see ur finished masterpiece!

Wow tangie, the interior of all ur carpentary/cabinets is laminated/pvc, very nice! Usually the default quotes by ID/contractors are for white only unless specially requested & at an additional cost of cos!

Yo MsJ9, congrats & welcome to the club! Then ur layout closer to mine.. I hacked the original storerm & re-erected it into the originally relatively big kitchen (still sandwiched between the living hall & kitchen though) to create a more spacious living hall & space for a dining area Looking forward to see ur t-blog in due course! [PS. Me lazy, no hv any t-blog.. ] By the way, I took a 2nd look at my MBR toilet again.. even if I shifted the doorway like warrensrv to create a screened shower area, the space left does not seem to be able to accommodate the toilet bowl plus a wash basin c/w vanity top/cabinet.. oso dun like the idea of the toilet bowl facing the doorway too.. So am eager to see how Warren's come out to be.. haha!

Yo MsJ9, congrats on ur new flat & welcome to the 3-roomers' club & to RT! Ur layout very similar to mine (28 yo 3A) but your slanting walls in the bedrms is one I've nvr seen.. Guess they will post some challenges to furniture & carpentary design.. Hv fun designing!
