Hi, You can read more from the URA website about the definition of Condominium - www.ura.gov.sg/circulars/text/dchbr/pt1condoflats-dchbr.pdf As per the info, the minimum site area for condominium is 0.4 ha and condominium housing requires a larger land area.There are usually more generous provision of communal and recreational facilities in condominium flats. The communal facilities are under the common ownership of the residents and are provided for their enjoyment. The residential units are only allowed strata subdivision. Happy reading!

My first post in this forum. I couldn't agreed more with lvkov. Don't give in to the buyer; they are trying to pull a fast one to test how desperate you want to sell your flat so that they could pressure you to reduce the price further. Good luck....BTW, I just DIY selling my own flat and everything went on smoothly and now waiting for my first appointment.
