  1. Got it. Thank for the tip!

  2. Ivycool, I've been reading your posts with interest. Why do you keep copying and pasting others' replies to make it your posts? That's not the way to accumulate posts you know...
  3. The space in your MBR in front of the bathroom can be converted into a walk-in (walk-thru) wardrobe, I think. I'm aware that some walk-in wardrobes are situated between the bedroom and the toilet, and there are practical reasons for this.
  4. I don't think it's possible. For my current unit I tried to only shift the position of the toilet bowl and was advised that this would mean having to re-run the sewerage pipes.
  5. From my own encounter, whatever amount they quote, discounted by about 20-30%, is what we're likely to pay if we take their proposal to the cheap carpenter, curtain retailer, etc.
  6. Appears that 0.8+SIBOR is the current 'standard'...
  7. Yes I think it's a sign that moisture has seeped into the cornice. Happened to my wall sometime ago.
  8. Couple of years ago I engaged I-Mage as ID. Went to some expo. They charged me a fee... Think was $500 or what... For some drawings and a quote. I went to a contractor to get an alternative quote based on the designs and of course it was much lower. More than offsets the penalty of losing that $500 if didn't engage them to manage the project thereafter.
  9. Hi, to each his/her own but wallpaper will be higher maintenance esp where mosture and sunlight is concerned. I think you can move in without painting since the place is new. There are different shades of white.
  10. If I'm not mistaken, StandChart offers the following: Y1 - 0.8%+SIBOR Y2 - 0.8%+SIBOR Y3 - 0.8%+SIBOR Thereafter - 1%+SIBOR
