  1. Anyone know how many units are sold in Park Central ? This project dosen't seem to be as "hot" as City View hor..a bit quiet..not much news..btw, any idea when are developers launching Simei & Bishan DBSS ?? With such sky high prices, i doubt many can afford....even take 90% loan, 30yr, mthly installment still come up to $1.5K ++ !!
  2. Hi, do you all know how is the payment terms like for DBSS flat if i were to take bank loan ? The 1st 5% in CASH, then the 2nd payment, (9weeks from option to purchase) , is this in CASH or CPF ? Some say CPF, some say CASH, i am confused..
  3. I am also worry about the high price if i were to buy now. Would anyone here buy a 30yr old resale flat in central area (TPY, AMK, Bishan etc) ? Imagine you cannot sell the flat after 10yr cos the lease period is <60yr.

  5. i think cck got direct bus to orchard leh, go by PIE~also quite fast..don't need to take MRT, SK got NE line to Dhoby Ghaut.

Hi cute pink, so lucky u got good in law to help u thui chiam, for me is the other way round..i help them thiu chiam ..cos they not worry abt anything, i just wish got guiren help me fulfil my dream ..i start to realise a good house is very important, it will make one feel secure and stable. Wonder how does pple feel without having a house ?

In my opinion, i think Sengkang/punggol is more ulu..as there are not many buses there..most common mode of transport is MRT/LRT..i rem when i visit my fren's plc @ sengkang..she ask me what time i come bcos the LRT got timing..after 3pm not many pple take the LRT, so it will go reverse direction
  9. The block i see don't have LUP, only have sheltered walk way, changed to copper pipings..that's all! Wiring still very old...
  10. I have see a few houses, all valuation report under the coy, not HDB..is it bcos it is done by 'private' valuator ?
  11. ya..the block i see seem rundown, neighbouring block have been painted, just this block not painted & wiring also already 'exposed' Theses are already announced, i m asking about those "potential" enbloc, cos i don't want to buy enbloc , later very troublesome

  14. The commission thing is the part that i hate most, but no choice. For buyer, the norm commission is 1% correct? As for seller, if we sell the flat on our own & the buyer brings his agent, do the seller need to pay 2% commission even though the agent is not engaged by the seller ?

  17. Saw a unit with NS facing , top floor but the walkway to the lift level is "underground", you have to walk down a flight of stair to reach the ground floor. If u know what i meant. Is this ok for fengshui ? cos i heard ppl saying must walk up home, now down
