  9. yah, esp HDB is launching so many new units nowadays. I belive going forward, HDB prices will be quite stagnant. Rental is also not so viable too.

  11. hey, tis is very true. a couple of months ago when I decided not to go thr agent, it is so hard to get viewings cos they claimed to be serving the buyers (they hesitated a while b4 answering me) Nowadays most calls I made r seller's agents.

  14. Usually when must the seller move out? b4 the 1st appointment? I read somewhere saying something like seller will let the buyer inspect the place on the 1st appointment?
  15. mayb it is becos the quantum is smaller, hence buyers can "afford" to pay more on the cov ... zzz .....
