Buying A Resale Flat
applefreak replied to Deodar's topic in HDB New/Resale Flats, Executive Condominiums
if you want to use contra, then you must sell as you buy meaning you use the proceed from the sale to pay for your new place if you don't want to use contra, you can take a bridging loan from the bank use the bridging loan to pay the downpayment and misc fees then repay the bridging loan with the proceed when you sell your old place usually hdb requires you to sell your old place within six months of taking possession of the new place but i've read about caes who successfully extended to more than a year -
yes it's the fried egg one one thing no good is the light a bit warm at least to me, but i'm sensitive to 'warm' light

i have three types of ceiling fan at home one is a plain old fan, no lights, using string one is fan with light kit, using strings oen is fan with light (aroma), this one can only use remote, can't attach string as the light comes with the fan. not a kit that attaches to the fan.

spam chop very big bedrooms and kitchen

the $1k includes replacing all existing pipes right? the gas instant heater also can provide water to multiple points just that normal electrical instant heater produces warm water you'll never get scalding hot water from electrical instant heaters think labour and material cost went up last time excluding replacing existing pipe each additional hot water point only cost $80 nia
-
or you might want to consider getting a very nice painting to cover the door building a cabinet just to hide the door seems :dunno:
-
erm TS, you mean there is no existing point for you to install the ceiling fan on? then you got to run a lighting / ceiling fan point to install the ceiling fan you can't install the ceiling fan on nothing
-
thanks everybody i do hope wolf is playing with the rest in doggie heaven
-
installing a storage heater DOES NOT increase the water pressure it's just that you get more hot water / min compared to instant heater e.g. water pressure to your unit is 10l/min, it will remain regardless of the heater type but instant heater may only process 3l/min, compared to 30l for storage heater that's why storage heater is more suitable for rainshower
