Hi if nothing goes terribly wrong, i should be getting the keys for my resale HDB ard mid march. can you give me a rough quote for the following works on a resale 3RM (3S, as in 3 Simplified, not standard)64 sqm? 1)for both attached and common toilet...hacking and re-tiling, basin, toilet bowl and basic accessories(no shower screen) 2)kitchen....re-tile the entire top which comes with the sink due to cracked tiles and carpentry for kitchen cabinet( if possible) 3)all windows and grills, doors and carpentry for wardrobe for both rooms(if possible) 4)redo electrical wiring, data comm points and painting of entire unit 5)removal of cornices and false ceilings(seems like it to me as the ceiling looks quite low to me) if possible, pls pm with email address, i got some questions regarding on one of the bathroom pics on page 17 as i am not familiar with the terms and jargons u guys used in the reno industry, tot would be better to attach the pic to ask looking forward for your reply/PM
