Yours at least looks clean and white for the white bits... I hope it is the bad angle the hoot was taken by C ... And my wall is not very big.. So putting loads of beige tiles are like a bit too much

Redone brick wall completed... pics from C... but somehow it doesn't feel right... the bricks looks a bit dirty.... i wonder if those were the workers' hand prints and there is too much of the pinkish beige tiles used... hope the real thing turns out ok... can't wait to get back... i think C will kill me if i decide to paint it white if it turns out too ugly... he said he burnt a big hole redoing this wall for me Rainshower up!

He won't be charging me extra as it is the mistake of his workers .. Just that I can imagine I will not be getting any discount from him when the job is complete.. Cos his margin is absorbed by this rework that he has to do... So indirectly affects me .. Haha.. Lights installation on mom... Hope nothing goes wrong... It is so scary when u are not around to supervise

Hiccup While on my business trip, I got a whatsapp from C telling me that the workers accidentally painted the brick wall. Sian.. He asked if I ok to take this or he can redo all again for me! Dilemma. .. What do u guys prefer?

I don't think that there will be a perfect id or contractor. I have started to lower my expectations after my reno started. There are bound to be hiccups ...Just need to give and take I suppose.. But of course, the end product need to be acceptable... As we are spending our hard earned money on it.

I think it is about $1.8-1.9k to do a wall. But then again depends of the size of the wall...

Last update before I go overseas for the next 3 weeks! Finalized the laminate colours for kitchen, wardrobe and shoe cabinet today with ID... yes I engaged an id for my carpentry.. Haha very different from the others... Bricks wall is done! Although over used by many homes,, it is still nice to look at .. Kitchen subway grouting done

I have the same issue as you for my common toilet.. so i opted for the PD door... The heavy duty pd door with frosted glass with black sprayed paint cost $630... !! i decided to go with white to save cost... sigh
