i would not recomend to box-up the trunking coz if any pipes leaking den would be troublesome... maybe u can try conseal with paint matching yr colour of the wall.. den buy some decal to decorate the trunking to make it look class...

Below r some pic i took juz now... dried bird ****s on the railing look! the dirt stains on the floor & wall tiles... these r the 'CONTRIBUTION' by some inconsiderate pple As for how strong the strench is... maybe if u all r free can drop by feel wat 's the smell like... lol Currently there izznt any flies coz these r contribute not long ago, by tmr morning sure have flies n other insects around the area... i'm already subscribe le... got the "All Time Fav" plan which include the sport channel(which is my main motive of subscribing)... usual price is $56 but i got voucher which deduct $10 for 12mths... but i heard they going to incease all prices in oct... anyway i still got 1 more voucher, anyone interested???

Dunno seems tat not oni one practicing it tat way... but once i saw a guy pushing market trolley to throw the rubbish outside the chute... and worse still, their seems to be alot everyday... practically throw at least 1 carton a day... juz imagine the household can use up 1 litre of cooking per day... shouldnt be normal cooking... btw my unit is not facing the lift... its on the right side of the chute area... acutally the cleaner did wash the area almost everyday, but will be the same the next day... pity him sia! i really cant tolerate le, juz move in for around 1mth+, alreadly got poops outside my doorway 3 times... dunno whether izzt belong to stray cats or someone's pet... still considering whether to complian to TC coz dun wan to worsen the relationship between neighbour... i think those pple still think tat they actually in the kampong or maybe longang... sorri to sarcastic... lol

Can u all assist??? Currently i'm using homo tiles, since it says its heavy duty, more durable than ceremics tiles but how come when accidentally drop my keys and its chip off (quite a small dots) and also every time i drop somethings even if didnt chip, there's still a dark mark which cant be removed even i rub it... izzt more durable than ceremic tiles??? Since my mum been using ceremics tiles for many yrs and there's no chip when i throw things on the tiles... except when i accidentally drop the padlock... Anyone facing the same problemz??

Hi everyone... i got some inconsiderate neighbour who keep leaving rubbish all around the chute area... somemore those rubbish dun look like normal household rubbish... more like those who do major cooking like hawker... why cant they juz throw all their rubbish into the chute and not around or outside the chute area... dont they tink its so unpleasent n unhygenic to leave all the rubbish around... i juz move in for abt a mth, really cant stand the strench when i walk pass the chute area, n also there's pests like birds, insects and stray cat preying for the "food"... leaving their poops railing, walls of corridors, stairways n most imptly, my doorways... really f*** up... Cant they juz imagine if the rubbish chute is locate insde their hse like those older flats, will they leave their rubbish around instead of throwing it down the CHUTE??? Do they like their visitors to tolerate the strench passing by the chute area when visit their hse??? *NOTE My block is 297A Compassvale St Level 2, if you one of those inconsiderate neighbour of mine or u happen to know one of them, KINDLY STOP YOUR INCONSIDERATE BEHAVIOUR OR ELSE YR HSE WILL BE CURSED WITH BUGS INFESTED YR HSE FOREVER EVEN IF YOU MOVE TO OTHER PLACES... I have to be mean coz i really cant stand it anymore... i'm sure there's lots of pple who understand my situation... For those who support mi... kindly reply to tis post n give 3 cheers!

Firstly, i got to thanks applefreak for passing mi her main gate.. anyway still haven repaint, so look abit odd now... secondly, i didnt work for the reno firm le, coz a few days after i joined the reno firm, a bank offer mi a much higher pay so i quit to join the bank lor... veri tempting lor... Today finally got internet access... veri relieved... btw how's everybody???

i find bluberi home oso veri nice... compare to mine... everything from chossing of tiles, laminates, wardrobe & kitchen cabinet design & layout to colour of paints all choose & design by mi... veri tiring... anyway there's a personal touch to it... coz its design & plan by mi... tat's why i called "Jaren" concept... Pics of my kitchen cabinet... solid surface not done... My fav Fujioh hob... Pic of the divider between kitchen & service yard... notice the BLACK pipes... solid surface will be up tml.... i will be there to supervise on the touching up of the paint after chem washing... hope everything goes smoothly tml... 4 more daes to move hse... look forward to tat dae...HAHA
