That's what we think too. Poor quality. Brand new doors somemore. My old house also never happen after 10 over years. Very frustrated with contractors. After service still so lousy!

I've just moved in in late Jan this yr. In march, we found some cracks on the bedroom doors. We called up the main contactor and the door contactor came. And he said it's normal for the door to crack if we bang or slam the door which we have never did that. So what he do was just coated a paint over. Last week, i found cracks again. This time are all the doors. 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets door. And i am starting to feel very frustrated. I have posted the pics up. Please let me know if it's actually NORMAL!

The living room is pretty similar i feel. Err...no pics leh. You PM me your email, i'll send some to you? Nope, no more tiles. Not even 1 left! That is why i was so upset and Mr k just kept quiet.

Oh my! For the very 1st time, i thou i was seeing my own house in renotalk! We had the same flooring, same subway tiles, and the same contractor! High five! I must also commented that the contractor don't really care to protect the flooring well. I have paint and glue marks all over the floor too! And he mentioned that he gave the big roll of paper (where people use it to protect the flooring), out of goodwill! I bought the toilet floor tiles by myself and there were some spare over. Hoping to overlay the service yard next time when i have the budget. But after the final cleaning, the tiles were all gone! In fact, everything was gone! Including the bricks on the wall. I asked him abt it and he said the workers left it outside the house and i should go and find it. No matter how hard i find, i just couldn't find it. I felt very disappointed. Who in the right mind, putting everything outside the house and not putting it back in the house after cleaning? Sigh!

Hahahaha yes yes! He told me already, Thanks for asking him. Today the electrician is coming over to do the remaining stuffs. So i will left the painting, touch up, washing, and oh my doors are not in yet! Most prob moving in will be in Jan. Looking forward to see your carpentry!

Almost. Left the 3rd coat of painting on the living rm and bedrooms, 3 coats of painting on service yard, wiring on switches, light cleaning and touch up. I'm still waiting for the lights to arrives, so he needs to send his electrician down again. Hopefully everything will be ready by next week. Haha wait for Mr K to post it. I did not do much carpentry with him so i don't know what can he show on his fb. Thanks! I must be blind! Keep looking at the curtain page but couldn't find any answer! Silly me!

Thanks babe. I don't even know when did Mr K took the pics. Nope, the service yard is not paint at all. The living room and the rooms have already painted 2 coats. I will call and pester him again. haha I'm interested in your Curtain Track that you ordered.But it didn't stated how long is the track. How will i know how many do i need to order?
