Hi Light, This is one real powerful vacuum. We also got it. We got this bag vacuum cleaner because we experienced the hassle of not having a bag and the dust will start flying all over. Where you got it from and how much?

Hi xlan, shldnt 30F have more to see? Anyway, I guess yours is a south facing unit, so you can see sentosa? Next time when IR is up, may hav occasional fireworks. You got your unit from SERS and not from the Feb balloting?

Hi h4happy, we dont stay in jln M, but we can see our unit a distant away from the living room photo (bcoz we stay in the bt merah estate also) We have a east facing window but have yet to catch the fireworks coz our reno was just completed. Will wait for this december. We havent moved in yet. U stay high floor too?

xlan, very nice view you got there. 30 flr? In fact I can see my flat from your window.. Need an east facing window to see the fireworks.

Homefix Marina has it. Not the typical one that uses heat to drive out water from the silica gel.

we also got fr ackerman, which brand you bought and which model? What's the price?

Hi Kathleen, although the house is already completed, they still provide good after sales services. I know some contractors bochup u once the reno is done. Anyway, do post more pics to keep us updated of the results. For us, we had a great deal of carpentry, most of which we sourced from magazines/showflats and asked Johnny to design for us. He is able to produce the final product up to our expectations. BTW, try to take leave and be around for the following: aircon trunking installation and installation of bathroom accessories. You dont want the racks, poles etc to be installed too high/low, left/right. Delays? Ours was delayed by a week or two, due to some rectifications here and there. Just let them know your priorities and that you need the flat urgently. For us, we don't mind waiting, as long as we get the quality we wanted.

U can start buying aircon(eg. gain city, etc), and toilet/kitchen fittings(poh joo, hoe kee, etc.). After which you have to look out for lights (balestair) and switches(choo jiang, etc). Our reno took close to 3 mths, quite tiring but glad its finally over.

Trustworthy guy.. in fact he "throws in" things along the way. You can PM me if you need more details. I believe he brought you to my unit.

Hi oonik grl, just came to hear of your ordeal too. Dont worry too much, am sure that if you are not dampened and remain strong, things will definitely work out fine. As with what the other forumers said, you have me and my partner's support too. We can always help you out if you need. Maybe you can PM me your ID as well for reference.

Hi darrentkl, why did you choose Platinum instead of charleston or glendale? Is it more firm or comfortable? Not sure of the difference. Can you help? Thanks.
