I Am Small But I Have All

Bro, tried to PM you for LED distributor but looks like your mailbox full. -
Hi guys. We saw this OpenNet termination point (TP) with a data point at the front door. Another data point is located beside the TV point in the living room. If we were to subscribe to an ISP, where would the Nucleus device be placed then? We can have the TP relocated, right? Will it be done by their contractor? We look forward to your advice.

We will take note of the usage pattern in an attempt to prolong their lifespan. We do know it helps with scheduled servicing by trusted maintenance team.

Hi, Hope your renovation go smoothly. Looking forward to your updates!

Something is missing in your delivery... I am pretty sure it is this: http://www.flukenetworks.com/enterprise-network/network-testing/CableIQ-Qualification-Tester Hahaha! I did DIY network cables during my free time at work from 2007 to 2010. Fluke tester device was provided by my network engineer.

Thanks, kstoh. Those are some points that we thought about. Been living with a side-by-side fridge since 1999 and saw the pros in it. We are hoping it can fit into the small kitchen by hook or by crook.
-
Thank you very much. We cannot believe that it is starting soon. Real soon. So, it is still ok if we go with 24VA despite 4-room flat? Any upgrade will result in tearing down the false ceiling in the near future... LOL
-
Never mind. Hopefully, it will turn out nice.

If your flat specifications state the above, most probaby like ours! We are thinking of buying big whether we frequently cook or not. We will take the fridge type into consideration. Thanks for another perspective.

Let us discuss with the ID's electrician and get back with the quotation per data point installation. We also suspect $100+ each too. If so, time for negotiation...

Hi mavicaste, When we told our ID for data points to be installed in every room (say one point for us to connect to switch), he sounded shocked. His expression gives us the thought that it might be very expensive. $150 sounds very very reasonable!

Hi, Can quote us Mitsubishi Starmex MSY-GE24VA + 3 x MSY-GE10VA?
-
Never mind. Better bigger than constantly having to upgrade. We are sure that you will cope well. After seeing the house for the second, or possibly the third, time, we thought a 4-system aircon would be feasible. Anybody has good recommendations for whom we should approach? We are thinking Mitsubishi Inverter MSY-GE24VA + 3 x MSY-GE10VA. We so far have visited Gain City and yet to look out for more. We are waiting for replies from some vendors recommended by forumers here. We are more concerned with the workmanship, warranty and servicing charges. Your inputs are much appreciated.

Back in 2011, we were looking into resale flats too but COV was sky high. Young couples like us needed money for our wedding instead. So, after much discussion, BTO was the next best decision and after three years, this is it.Now, the kitchen will be the main discussion with our ID because it is small and we want to work out the best setup for many years to come.

Thanks for the advice, bro. Got us thinking too after our visit to Harvey Norman. The sales uncle said the same thing too. Today, after seeing the small kitchen, it got us thinking twice. Ya! It is the glossed homogenous tiles. Premium and we opted for the doors which do not look too shabby either. Since everything uses CPF, might as well. Hahahaha! Thanks, bro. We were unsure to spot defects on our own. Luckily, we have a reliable ID who went down to our place to do the inspection for us instead. Thankfully, there was only a minor hairline crack on the wall in Bedroom 2. However, our ID assured us that he will rectify it for us by applying putty. We initially thought ours will be like ceramic too but our ID told us to double check on our flat's specifications and was relieved to know that it is polished homogenous tiles instead. It looks like it but we can assure you that it is far from that. Hahaha! Hahaha! We hope it feels nice when we sit on them too in the near future! On a side note, it saves our pocket having to fork out for new WCs.

Finally, we have collected our keys! Totally psyched up about the upcoming renovation! We made a beeline to OUR house after the whole process at HDB Hub. Checked out the house for a bit and we found that everything seemed smaller... Oh well... Nonetheless, we are anxious to meet up with our ID to have actual measurements of the house before we proceed with the reno. However, we are looking forward for our ID to help us find the possible defects in the house. Here are some pictures of our 4 Room Premium BTO. View of the living room from the front door View of the kitchen and service yard from the front door which is located just beside it View from the living room Passageway Toilet Looking forward, we are hoping that the reno will be done by the June holidays!

Hi all! We have been on a long hiatus simply coz we were finalising on our id. Anyhoos, we are **** elated having to collect our keys in two weeks time (which explains the hiatus and desperate need to choose an ID). We will only reveal our ID at the end of our reno journey so that you guys can read about our experience with his service in terms of quality, workmanship and communication. We feel that it is only fair to recommend others our ID only after we have been through the process with him. So far, the only purchases we made were Blanco kitchen sink and faucet as well as EuropAce multi-point water heater from Hoe Kee Tanjong Katong. The salesperson, Mas, was very friendly and helpful. She even recommended a kitchen appliance package to which we politely declined because we have yet to read their reviews. We hope that you guys can enlighten us with reviews on the following items: 1. Tecno hob T333TG and hood K298 2. Samsung side-by-side fridge RS-552NRUA1J 3. Bosch side-by-side fridge KAN-62V00 4. LG washer W-FT9101 Looking forward to hear from you guys!

Why don't you try vPost (http://www.vpost.com.sg/)? I have been using it since 2012 after being referred by my banker NSman. Now, I cannot stop buying electronics from Amazon.

Yup. We concur. We are looking for two or three more! Congrats! We are eagerly waiting for ours. Looking forward to read your t-blog too!
