From what i know from Kelvin, he has decided to cut down on his number of projects-per month so that he can have more time for his customers and also to produce quality product.

I signup with Kelvin two weeks back. He has throw in FOCs even before the start of reno. So the quotation he provided can be quite "deceiving" as what you will get at the end of the reno will be definitely more than what you have quoted. Kelvin spent 6 hours with us to choose tiles and sanitaries today. Not forgettin his effort to chauffeur us home.

Since Jules is not going to comment further, i believe we should stop asking her to show us pics of her reno unit. "Gong Dao Zhi Zai Ren Xin" I juz meet up with Kelvin today. A nice and honest chap. He even drove me home after our discussion ended. As what the forummers said, he gives me ideas on how to save cost and propose me interesting ideas for my unit. Keep up the good work Kelvin!! As wat u said, mentality and attitude is the most important.

I will start sourcing for IDs for more ideas My wife and i will like to extend the current MBR and yet wanted to retain 3 rooms for future needs. Hence i came up of this repartion.
