Cos at first I also thought I have to pay but when I reach the town council they told us that we already paid during collection of key for three months I think. Anyway you can call to check again. Paid too many things during the time of collection until I am so confused...hehe

Hi, Can check if any of your home running the air con trunking like those attached in my link below highlighted in red along the wall of MBR? Initially we wanted the trunking to run through the toilet as indicated by the blue line, however the aircon contracted told us that the gradient is not enough to let the drainage flow through and will create a backflow and water might get trap. In long run the water will cause leakage. Hi all, I am in doubt as to choosing between the top and bottom hinge or using the side hinge for my kitchen glass door. As you see, above my glass door I am having a beam to lower the kitchen opening to a reasonable height so that my glass door can fit in. If I am to use top and bottom hinge, ID told me that I will have to reinforce the beam with better material(maybe cement instead of hollow board) and that will cost me a $100 more. Whileas if I will to choose side hinge it will be $100 less. Which should I choose?? Heard that top bottom hinge is more firm and nicer design, but side is cheaper. Hi, Last yr, my parent also bought a set of sofa from Novena. When they delivered the sofa to our house, we find the color is different from the one we ordered at the show room when we called the salesman and like MaCe's situation, the salesman explained that there is a internal communication breakdown and the sofa that I ordered have been sold to somebody. As I had a function on the coming weekend I had no choice but to accept the order.
