I just now also called the credit department, they told me to send in my payslip to the HLE approving officer, attention to her/him and let them know I would like to increase my loan.. hehe.. Otherwise, have to fork out around 10k.. meaning my reno will have to deduct all my feature wall, shoe and display cabinet, bay bed, study table and shelf... Silly me also, so kam chiong and excited want to collect keys, end up, forgot not enuf money yet.. Our HLE expire on 19-Oct-07, hopefully after I submit, they will take 1 week to re-approve.. Then hopefully can take keys in mid-Nov..

All 26D neighbours, check your status on My HDB page.... Just checked mine, it changed to "HDB will invite you to take possession (ie collect keys) of your new flat in due course." Maybe will be collecting keys soon also...

Hmmm, actually Ms Ong very nice and quite efficient , everytime I send her email, she will reply on the same day or follow up with a call in the evening, once i receive her call after 6pm and another time at around 7.30pm.. She also very courteous and understanding until I abit paisei to keep bugging her on the status.. Somemore, just by my email addy, she knows which unit I have booked already! Probably they are also one bunch of busy pple, really dun have time to take calls all the time.. Just email her and she will reply very very soon.. Agreed, I managed to get her in the morning too.. For those under Ms Ong, can try emailing her or call her in the morning, 8.30am if u need information..

Yah, we confirm to go homogenous tiles for the whole house.. Think easier to maintain for all the whole house.. We paid only 5% during signing of the agreement, and then 5% during collection of keys, but what about if there is additional money left in the CPF, are they not going to wipe out??? Then means we need to pay higher interest.

Hi One, thanks.. we already decided on homogenous tiles for the whole house, can't afford marble.. too expensive for us, 600x600 around $12-$17.. We went to SBH last sat and wow, its big and really got alot of tiles to choose from.. Can't decide which is nice, all like machiam same same one...

Also HDB concession loan is the lowest interest loan that one can get, so its better to lengthen first then shorten..

But also I feel scared whenever I think that we may be of collecting the keys soon, so scared that later all our decisions on the choice of designs, colours, furnitures, furnishing all doesn't match and also all the money we saved and saved these years will be gone within 2 to 3 months.. !!
