are we all talking abt the same uncle? (2 uncle came to do the hinges. 1 uncle is v v thin-wear specs. the other uncle normal size without specs) the uncles said they did for alot of owners already i saw the uncle remove the hdb hinges for me..some hinges are quite easy to remove,some are difficult,required machine..hmmm after the uncles done my hinges, i forgot to ask them how strong is their worksmanship scarly after done already also easy to knock off? (- can be welding not strong enough and the result is the same?)

hi elaine! really thanks for the number, i am long waiting for it wah yesterday i just installed a lock (mounted on the gate) for $128. saw the advertisement in the lift and called the uncle to install the lock for me was telling my wife that actually yesterday's lock no need to install..just install the hinge will do, but she insist wants the lock and hinge today will call sunny to ask him to come to my hse

hi jack, no leh today no time to go..was busy fixing up my sound system and dvd player into the feature wall, have to unmount and mount the tv to fix the wires.quite troublesome.. lucky my ID came to rescue to help me fix probably will only go to evov in the next few days or after cny lo..

Hi Mark, i bought mine at Sungei Kadut, International Furniture Centre - IFC Univona (cant remember the spelling). Delivery and quality all up to standard..on time delivery and sofa packed safely. price also reasonable cos i compared many stores for such relining sofa

took me 3-4weekends to search for this sofa,keke. i need high backrest sofa cos i am quite tall, too low will not be comfortable for me, so we cant take L-sofa already. My wife also likes high backrest sofa too,lucky we have the similar taste yah nice to take a nap there, u can feel it too? sit there for a few min can fall asleep already lol (that single sofa is recliner sofa, bottom of the sofa can recline up ) eh..i still short of a carpet leh..need to to evov living to see see

saw the pics..oh no.. ya u shld hold the payment till everything is done properly have u made the final payment already? my bro's hse that time also experienced poor worksmanship and holds back the payment the ID company didnt chase for the final balance eventually cos they admit its their poor worksmanship and dont want to pursue further

i am also one of the unlucky one.. their furniture is indeed nice,but service is on the day before delivery they can call and tell me that the dining chair that i want is out of stock..can faint 1) why call so last minute? they should have double check the stock few days before.so that i still can go down to their shop to chose other design 2) they t-loan me a set of dining chairs. the condition is so jia lat..can see grass sticking to the chair..its not easy to remove the grass cos the material is cloth type..(will easily stick to the grass).also the chair is so dirty,how to display the chairs? dont loan better 3) my dining chairs only available during mid of march 2008. can faint again. if i know that this will happen, i will not buy the dining set already loh 4) hold back $350 for my dining chairs, still quite reasonable. But that time i asked them how much is the individual chairs selling. they said per piece $150. so 4pieces = $600. By right, they should hold back $600 right? but they didnt allow me to do that. too bad.so suay. design nice is nice la. so many dining sets i have seen at other shops, FC has the nicer design cny coming..how to display their "grass" loan chairs?

yup u r right.. the main wealth location cannot place clock or water items not sure abt the pian cai location,but i was told to place 5elements paintings with 3*$10notes behind the painting

there are 2 wealth position.. one is called "cai(2) wei(4)". the other is called "pian(1) cai(2) wei(4)" pian(1) cai(2) wei(4) is for 4D,toto,investment cai(2) wei(4) is for overall wealth also need to check the environment too..eg.pavilion,cross junction etc.. but urs is high storey,so this will not be the issue keke

hi simpleboi, for 6. The paint not done well. -> u can tell ur ID to patch it up..previously my ID draw something on the wall to show us the design of the tv console...after 3 coating of paintings, the drawings still can see. I told my ID to patch it up. The worker came to my hse, apply something whitle colour to cover the drawings. then he re-paint it again. total process took 2hrs and its solved.. if u have taken over the hse but havent pay last payment yet, this still can be done. that worker came to my hse at my convenience during of the sat u can ask them to do this de..no worries i guess. slowly rectify the ur list and u will feel better.. for 7. gloss paint and door varnish.. -> i also didnt re-varnish..looks still ok
