  3. Hi Mr Chong, I'm about to move into resale flat which the kitchen cabinet is completed and the stove is chun chun facing the kerb for fridge. To tear down the whole kitchen cabinet is too costly. Therefore, I'm thinking of fully extending the kerb so that I can shift the fridge to the side to avoid hed to head clash between stove and fridge. But after fully extended the kerb, there is still 20% of the fridge will be facing the stove. Is it consider OK? Alternatively, Can I face the fridge door to other direction, is it still consider clash because now the stove is facing the side of the fridge. Appreciate your advice. Thanks
  4. I also tried to avoid water facing fire. But what about 1/5 of the fridge door facing the stove? If this is not allowed, I will have to spend a lot to re do the kitchen liao. Please advice
  5. Just make sure the mirror does not cut the human into half when you look into the mirror. Which means to say, the mirror must be high enough.
  6. I was looking for a new a/c system for my new resale unit lately. I have some feeb back from different pplThe a/c seller telling me that nowadays, new a/c set are all inverter model. If your exisiting a/c piping was done long time ago, you may need to dismantle it because it is not suitable for new a/c. My agent said that he used Daikin inverter model gives him a lot of problem (e.g. not cold) If the current piping is concealed, more dismantling work will be involved (u can imagine if the pipes concealed in the cornices and built in wardrobe). Therefore, having new piping may be another viable solution depends on how complicated is your exisiting a/c piping system. Yes, everything the contractor instal or dismantle will be charged.
