Exactly Prodigic!.. the sales person at gain city also told me only 2 brand system 4 compressor can be fitted in... if i didnt rem wrongly is mitsubishi starmex and fujitsu? But if i didnt rem wrongly.. the picr i saw was abt $3700+ for a mitsubishi starmex system 4 leh... does urs come with a extended warranty? or u upgrade the btu?

Hi all, Just to check anybody getting system 4 non inverter here? we are looking at air con now.. but one of the sales person say system 4 non inverter not strong enough..somemore limited brand.. even inverter we have limited choice cos of our window access to the air con legde.. is that true?...so headache.. !!

ermm....most hotels have long vanity top, hair dryer plug,pull out mirror, full mirror and bathtub lar... but dun tink our toilet have the place to do that lor.. the most imprt thing is to change the colour of the tiles and the toilet bowl lor... we also doing up a small vanity top prob abt 2-3feet only...the purpose is to make the toilet more "cosy" and comfortable lar.. this comes with a very painful price of 2.2k lor...

Hi all, just want to check did any of ur notice that there is a beam across the top of the kitchen where most of us are placing our cabinet... are your taking into account the storage space for the cabinet as i realise that from the drawings most of our cabinets are just teh normal "flat cabinet" includign my own drawing... but i had gotten my ID to do some changes.. ur understand wat i am trying to say? sorry for being a bit confusing abt wat i am trying to bring across..

Yo xlan! The false ceiling and alcove lights proposed by my ID for teh living and dinning is exactly the same as yours!! So amany can go up to your place and take a look one of these days huh... btw sorry to ask again.. is ur kitchen sliding door sliding to the front of the wall or back of the wall har ? u get wat i am tring to ask?

thanks xlan for ur suggestion... that was wat i am tinking also... in the end we seems to have a lot of black aorund the house and my bf was grumbling... hw was saying too much black will not make it cosy... but i dun want too many different kind of laminet in the house too leh... so headache Hi Happy, Tink most prob our kitchen will be in gloss finsih ba.. we wanted light colours for our kitchen also cos our kitchen is very dim.. we are tinking of white and red.. my ID had gave us a proposal of yellow and white.. but tink we will give that a pass cos scare we will be sick of that colour soon.. no prob binzz.. will share more pics soon when i have the time to scan in my drawing... Hi Simpleboi, The $1,550 is excluding thefoyer area.. cos that i will be doing up a differnt kind of tile either pebblewash or another colour tiles to differentiate the area... the foyer area cost another $450.

Hi Zlia, My ID quote me $1,550 for living and dinning based on up to $3/psq tiles... thou urs is $4.28 to $4.80psq.. but if u get a cheaper tiles will they charge u lesser? cos that time when i go and look at the tiles.. the superwhite homo tiles only cost abt $3.80 so maybe u want to go and take a look at the tiles shop and look at ur prefered tiels price range then negoiate with ur ID again ? I am not too sure abt cornice.. but my ID charge us $1,600 for false ceiling,l box and alcove light for living/dinning, MBR and passage way. we are doing the bench with cushion for the dinning area but without storage and dinning table. It comes with full ht wall mirror and that cost us $1,650. Just for ur reference..

wah just take another look at my quote my MBR toilet actually cost us 2.2k!!! but bo bian... who ask my bf wants a nice nice hotel style toilet... The 2.2k includes: overlay matt homogenous/creamic tiles to the master bath floor - $450 overlay matt homogenous/creamic tiles to the master bath wall - $1,100 design and install vanity cabinet in laminate finish with soild surface top and full mirror - $650 We are leaving the common as it is now lor.. no more $$ to do up things le.. we had exceeded our budget by a lot a lot le lor..

Hi Alpha, We haven source for that equipment yet leh... we just let our ID know that we are considering putting it there cos we will be removing the one HDB gave us to do up cabinets... But according to my ID we might not be able to place t there if we intend to have cabunets above the washing machine lor... but she need to go down and make measurements before she can advise us again..

Hi moonbell.. tink the quote will really depend on wat u are doing for your house le.. My ID quoted me 27k which i tink is not the lowest but reasonable... most imptly is that you must feel comfortable with your ID lor... just a bit of my suggestion lar..

wah happy the corridor for blk 25b seems to be much brighter than my blk27a leh.. mine is dim even in bright sunny morning lor... anyway thanks for sharing all these comon areas photos... seriously i never walk around the estate since i collected my keya lor.. always went srtaight to our unit and go off after tt.. keke...

Thanks thanls.. but we spent extra 1000+ just to overlay the toilet tiles leh.. that haven include chaging the toilet bowl and sink lor.. thats the price we ahve to pay for teh toilet to look nice nice.... !!
