  1. U got such a cute home! ! ! I can imagine... I really love ur MBR! Cutesy + chic!
  2. Hihi clownprince & ze wife! So sorry just cleared my inbox Why I got this feel that ze wife is gonna protest when she's volunteered to clean the blinds? LOL. It will be tedious cleaning lines by lines....Hahaha! Oops!
  3. Hi clownprince and missy! BLINDS! So old-school! Seldom see such blinds design nowadays! Hehe...and good idea to install blinds at your service yard...For privacy! I realised that the opp neighbour likes to look across to our service yard & kitchen. *Feel intruded* Unless they are drawn to our bright yellow service yard and blue kitchen? One thing to ask - since clownprince is a great chef, won't the grease and oil from cooking stick to your blinds and u both will have a tough time cleaning them? If you close the service yard door, it will be so hot cooking in the kitchen..... Btw, can share your contact and total costs of your curtains? I tried PM you but ur inbox is full. You guys have really done up so many curtains in ur house! Is your curtain contact based in SG? We found ours based in JB and he quoted us 1.2k for: A) Night curtains* for living hall + 2 bedrooms + MBR B) Day curtains only for living hall C) Tracks for all curtains. D) Living hall addition rod design E) Tie-backs using the same curtain fabric *90% dimmer (block out light) for MBR & bedroom 2 - I assume these fabrics are more costly since thicker layers *60% dimmer for living hall & bedroom 3. Curtain with prints! Not sure if ours are as cheap as claimed. He's quite established here in SG so maybe he charges higher than the typical malaysian contacts. But he is a very jovial uncle! That makes us feel comfortable with him
  4. Look like the design you found on Pin! :good: NOW! Your glass panel partition makes me wanna redo my master bedroom too! LOL. And shucks! I forgot all about the Philips Carnival sale
  5. OMG I think I found a friend who is a fan of pink! (but yours is so extreme! LOL) Love your pink items and macarons display! But where are you gonna display them? Your 'glass boutique'? So interesting! I simply love decor and display items! Have loaded more of such in my TB shopping cart but I'm having 2nd thoughts now - Will I be so diligent to dust/clean them often? Kinda worried that they are gonna invite and contain dust at my extend of laziness to the word H.O.U.S.E.H.O.L.D.C.H.O.R.E.S Oh BTW - I saw these Hello Kitty art posters from the link you shared with me! Not sure if you saw them and are interested? http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.1-c.w4004-182724607.14.9VlUH1&id=20839507283 http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.1-c.w4004-182724607.2.9VlUH1&id=16229553818
  6. Hi abbytan, Our wallpaper is purchased and installed by Korean Wallpaper (aka Korean WP). U can check out their website - https://www.koreanwp.com/ I think they provide wallpaper installation services on its own. Installer did a great job for our walls! Our wallpaper settles in nicely after 1 week.
  7. Hi devilcup, kyooko, malky! Apologises for the delay. Have PM-ed you my contractor's details!
  8. Hi Freb, Yika and joejoeteng! Thanks much for the compliments! BTW joejoeteng - Here's the link to our laundry sink http://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=41230192396 Ours is 60cm in size and we paid about $155 before shipping charges. Do note that the ceramic sink is meant for mixer taps. A purchase we bought with no regrets!
  9. Good choice on the wall colour at the living room & future baby room! I loveeee the purple too!
  10. Are you serious? Laura Ashley Kitty? I know Hello Kitty is British but with Laura Ashley? Interesting... Haha! I would wish to hang the art posters in my WIW but with the wallpaper, wld be an overkill of decor. Let me think hardER!
  11. WOW! Camping in to see your boutique! ! Looking at the TB decor items, you really like cutsy stuff and an absolute Hello Kitty Fan! ! Hehe! Thanks for sharing the links! Thinking how can I (force) fit the pretty art posters in my room too..LOL
  12. Hi chiffon! I think I'm gonna like ur MBR! The way u partition it with black glass panels *thumbs up* But seriously, is there sufficient walking space at the sleeping area? Like the corner you have hacked through thru ur BR3 too! Unique idea! Will it be framed with black aluminium frames? Or it will be ur toy display room? Btw, can u share the link for your Laundry bag & wall art posters of the shoes, purse perfumes designs? Thank u!
  13. Hi Donno... The lace curtains & extendable pole are bought from our very-price-friendly stall - Daiso I bought the switch decor plates from Taobao. Actually I'm selling a few pieces as those switches I've purchased for became double switches after we convert to 13A twins. So I can't use all my pretty ones nw
  14. I collected my keys in early Jan so u can roughly guess which is my block Yes I'm totally annoyed with the windows & esp the there-but-not-there dining space outside the kitchen! How I'm I to fit a dining table there unless I hack the wall which is now my & urs shoes cabinet area? It will be too cramped to the kitchen entrance, right? *ok better stop b*t*hing abt it* Hehe! So where are u gonna place ur dining table? Thanks for ur compliments! I don't actually adore blue that much, just throwing in the colour to fit my theme better. My fav colour is in my MBR Home tours? Haha! Ya home will be a good cafe to chillax at! LOL.
  15. Hi neighbour! I somehow confirm u are in my estate coz we have the exact floor plan!! Your new post just reminded me how much I was ranting on the "allocated" dining area right outside the kitchen and the door of bedroom 3 which is exposed for all to see at the main door. Haha! But I'm over them now! Your theme is looking good! I totally adore the cafe & loft theme too! Cosy & comfy on weeknights & stay-in weekends!
  16. Clownprince & ze wife... This link may be of interest to your more drilling on the walls! http://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=41942394072 I find the wall-cove-shelves resembling your DIYs
  17. Hi Donno, I've PM-ed you my contractor's details. Rgd your questions about the kitchen panels, I have no idea what are the measurements until I measure them. They look all equal actually. Is it odd because of the angle which the pic was taken? Or perhaps you have missed out that the panels alternate at each cabinet doors.
  18. Hi ohseolki! Yes I rbr your questions! Will catch up on them soon! A quick reply to your below Qs first, I got my wallpaper from Korean Wallpaper (aka Korean WP). U can check it out at their website - https://www.koreanwp.com/ They got a good range of wallpaper and murals designs and have pretty good promotions at certain periods. From where they have installed our wallpaper, we can see that their workmanship is not bad. Have to wait for about 1 week later when the wallpaper dries completely before giving a more accurate evaluation of their installation work. HEE!
  19. Hi babymonsta! Thanks for your compliments! I have PM-ed you the details. Rgd the internal layout of my wardrobe - yes, I have not posted it before. I have forgotten to take pictures of it too! If I do remember the next time when I head to my house, I will take and show you
  20. Thank you, chiffon! The birdcage lamp concept is pretty common as I seen at a few houses before. I guess what's meaningful is when you are able to reuse something that is precious to you and turn it to something practical for the everyday use!
  21. Hi clownprince's wife! Sorry for the late reply! Yes I saw ur post on the refridgerator! I'm hesitating becoz adding washi tapes to decorate the fridge may be 'overkill' to my current kitchen design. Unless I tape the entire fridge white, which is tedious...haha! I will get the fridge delivered first before deciding Thanks for the advice anyway!
