In my opinion, just find 1 agent will do. This will prevent yourself form viewing the same flat twice. If you find too many agents, your time arrange will be very messy. Just look for 1 agent,tell him wat you wan,the time you wan him to arrange the viewing and let him go and arrange all the necessary. This will prevent the diff agents from calling you too many times. All agents have the same database.

Under normal suitation, renting out a whole unit is much more easier than renting out room by room. Subletting is oso not allow under the law. When you rent out your unit, under the tenancy agreement,there is always a clause stating that the tenant is no alllow to sublet the rooms out to anyone. if he/she is found doing so, the owner is able to take legl action against the tenant.

I personally think that be it its a male or a female property agent, as long as they are able to fetch your hse a good price and the service thy they provide to you,that will be the most important. So wat if you got yourself a beautiful lady to market your property,at the end of the day,your hse still dun sell,no point rite....heehee

Only after May then they will reflect in June. AMK is along a very popular location as it is a mature estate and for its centralise location (Near to city area). Prices are higher than those in the west or east. A very simple comparision: MRT: Amk to orchard: 6 stations MRT: Pasir Ris to Orchard: 12 stations to city hall.change at city hall to orchard: 4 stations So this is how HDB valuers determine the value of the properties.

The landlord is not required to pay the tenant's agent commission as the agent is not respresenting the landlord at all. Unless the agent did contact the landlord in the first place to view the property and the landlord had agree to pay the agent commission as well.If this is the case,the agent will have to do all the paper work for both sides.

Anyone know wat liquid can be use to clean the switches???Trying to cut cost by cleaning it myself cos if were to change the switches,will cost ard $300 - $400.And the best part is,the previous owner of the hse have alot of switches....hai..... pls help

Do we need to pay the agent fee at the first appointment when we are buying a resale flat. Kindly advise You will only need to pay the agent fee upon the 2nd appointment which is the completion date. Cheers
