hi bro jez2014, sorry to drop u a late request at this hr, could you share your contractor contact & names. I had collected my key but did not have any clue on how to begin to reno my house, trying to read thru reno talk for some ideas. Hope u could also guide me on buying items from taobao, I had try to read from others blog on how to do it but it's seem very complicated, u needs to engage independant forwarder, Alipay or paypal account, engage Peeka or Amcons etc..... Could you send me you ID contact & cost breakdown for my references, 1st timer so no much exposure on this...hehe. Hope you could advise me on: 1) Where did u purchase your Sys 3 air con unit & how much does it cost total plus installation. 2) Where did u brought your Fujioh Hood & how much it cost? 3) You using Fujioh Hob as well? 4) How much you brought your KDK ceiling fan? 5) Thanks.

Hi Wishie, Could you share me your contractor contact & name & if u dun mind the breakdown also, I just collected my new BTO key & really dun know how to start, first timer la. I needs some advise on the quote for cabinet or wardrobe stated as 1 ft $220, the 1 ft are refering to the width of the cabinet how about the height of the cabinet. Is the price the same if the cabinet is mid ht & full ht?

I saw you brought your kitchen sink from Taobao too, really cheap compare to prices selling in Singapore and the material is make from SUS 304 which is quite a good stainless steel grade. I wish to purchase some items from Taobao too but have not purchase from Taobao before, hope you could guide me on this. 1) If I purchase the sink from Taobao by this weekend, how long do it take to arrive Singapore as I going to start looking for reno contractor probably next week. I'm worry the purchase sink might not arrive in time for the contractor/plumber to fix them. 2) must I open a account with a local freight forwarder first before I can purchase the items from Taobao? 3) Must I open an account with Taobao too? 4) I had try to buy the items but I saw the delivery only within China province. 5) I pay the items with credit card thru forwarder or thru Taobao? 6) or any other account I needs to open. 7) I saw you mentioned you used Peeka for the shipment, is it by Air freight or by Sea mode? Sorry for such a long lists of question, thanks.

Hi Bro, Read many great reviews abt u. Can u recommend & quote me prices of ceiling fans. Getting my new HDB BTO 4 room flat soon. I would need ceiling fans for : 1 for living & 3 for rooms. As now a day room sizes are quite small, so too big wing blade sizes are not so suitable for bed room. Any recommendation on the ceiling fan model & sizes. Can you send the brochure of the ceiling fans (with & without LED lights) with prices. Do u have a shop that i can go to select, I would like to view on some LED lightings as well. Thank you very much

Hi snowy89, First of all Happy Chinese New Year to u & your family, hope everything is well & wish you Gong Xi Fatt Choy & Yang Yang De Yi. I had collected my key last week & had went down to have a look on the surrounding. Saw my block had been occupied with quite a number of new home owner already. I also discovered some of the service yards did not install additional sliding window or metal grills, any advise on the pro & cons on this. Hope you could advise me on some of the breakdown cost for: 1) The full ht sliding door wardrobe in your Master bedroom ($xxx / ft) 2) The shoe cabinet wardrobe in your dinning area. ($xxx / ft) 3) Lastly, the dining storage sette (seat) which I love the most. 4) Thanks. Btw, I also a new resident of Punggol Topaz, a few block away from yours sweet home. I will be collecting my key after the CNY. Still searching for the suitable contractor or ID for the job, your post really gave me a few ideas on how to proceed, thanks.

I'm very keen to buy the tap that u fixed in your kitchen sink, where the flush hose can be pull out.
