Finally had the time to put in the order, did some measurement again and opt for the Kraus 23 inch kitchen sink. Due to 1/2 inch and 3/8 inche piping difference, we are intending to get a local set of faucets. Also got a round bowl from Kraus for vanity in MBR. Shipping is very fast, place order last night around 11pm and estimated arrival is 25th Dec. Cheers!

I actually tried efaucets and plumbing overstock. Their shipping is slightly cheaper compared to amazon for those that amazon doesn't ship direct but only vendor direct. I have a 30" Kraus sink + KPF 2170 for kitchen and Orion + tap for bathroom in the cart at the moment. Will check out in the next couple of days after emailing them some questions, they also throw in 5% discount. just a thought.

Hello all, we for one also do not intend to place any TV console in the living room nor have plans to place it in our masterbed room. That leaves us with some work to do on how should we design the place so it looks appealing. At the moment, we do not have any plans for our living room except being bare. A few ideas we have been working on is a small library, work station and 2 massage chair, tread mill and couple of weights, aquarium? We are not placing ciling fans so there will be no L box, no elevated platform, no featured wall, etc. Still thinking through the idea because if it ain't going to used, it wouldn't be included in the plan. Any thoughts will be much appreciated on a tv-less living room design. Thanks! Cheers!

Met up with Kevin today on preliminary discussion of renovating our 3-room BTO. We had a few ideas and he is very good to point us what is practical for use. Summary of what was discussed: hacking of wall (service yard)cabinet for one side of kitchenkitchen entrance door to be addedservice yard tiles to be laidshoe rack at entrancetoilet shower screen, cabinet, overlay of tilesL shape masterbed room cabinet 2+1 aircon to be installed.What we need to do now is have a brief idea of what we want to do with the living room so he can help us see if it is do-able. Any body with ideas can certainly share, we are not looking for the standard featured wall/TV console/sofa kind of lay out. overall the experience is pretty good. Will update more in due time.
