Hi Xlan and Kit, yse, everything in it. Including the new tap. But the tap only can swing right to middle. Not the present one. That plumber is from town council. They charge $80 per tap, luckily meet my neighbour, and bring down the cost. How? If want, I will let you know the phone. Lim

Finally I change my tap for $50, for 2 is $100. The plumber told me is a china brand. Very lousy and disappointed that hdb gave china brand. Everybody, take note of this.

For electricial, I can give u my electrician. Local sporean and you may ask him per charge cost. Eg) How much per gang switch, how much per light, etc.... Very experience and not those ah beng type.

For lights etc....I think better go yourself than ID bring you there. Cos, ID bring you there, the price is higher as ID also got commission. If go alone, they will charge u as a walk in customer price. My incident: went to 1 shop, salesgirl charge me for 2 units : $2,500!!! (only lights) I demand for refund all! Then I went to buy alone and the price drop half. If you go in, dont ever tell the salesgirl your ID recommend. DONT EVER TELL THIS. Cos, if they know, they will use the higher price. There are 2 price tag, 1 is walk in customer and the other is ID price. Also, some lights dont display price tag. (those never display price tag cos if ID bring customer, they can jack up the price. Hi Dore, I am sorry I miss your pm to me. Your quotation is abit high...$40k+. You have lots of carpentry works. And that might sum up why it reaches $40k+. 1 thing I need to caution to you. If you have DOUBTS and if you want to ask SOMETHING that you dont really understand, YOU MUST ASK. Dont assume your id/contractor knows what you are thinking about. And better to ask twice and not keep quiet. eg) when installing the kitchen cabinet with handles, ask yyr ID/Con handle is vertical or horizontal. Never assume your id know what you are thinking. And be firm of what you want and dont let your id/con give lots of excuses that this cannot be done or that is like that one. Remember this. The house is yours, you will stay forever and not your ID. If not happy with the worksmanship, voice out immediately and not keep quiet. Need to check frequently with the works. In any doubts, ask ask and ask until you are clear. Money is yours, spend wisely. I do hope to see yr reno in good shape!

Yes, my daughter automatically go into pr1 as her bro in the pr school. I am gonna install 2 lights , (1 at the enterance of the bed room) and another just beside the storage room, next to the mbr toilet. And also gonna install 3 pin plug in the mbr toilet too). Also gonna install long tube lights below my kitchen cabinet. Interested?
