Anyone has engaged Urban Habitat before? please share your view on their workmanship and service. If possible, please share your photos. I have received 3 quotations from 3 different IDs (i.e. Rezt & Relax, Cissern and Urban Habitat). So far, Urban Habitat has given me the most reasonable pricing. Many Thanks.

I have been using Bose Lifestyle @135 (1st version) since 2012. I bought it from Ebay and it was a new set. This is a US set where a student study in US and brought it and sold to me. He also selling other Bose's products. He eventually gave me the receipt and the price quoted USD2,499. Atlas Singapore was selling the same model at SGD4,300-4500 at that time. The price quoted by Atlas is much expensive. Almost 20-30% mark-up. Now already 2 years passed. Sound still very good.

haha. My development is low rise condos. Therefore only got maximum 5 - 5 floors. if really got crazy people fall from the top will not easy to get kill. Furthermore, my patio got cover. haha

These are the following I intend to do:- 1.To have an outdoor dining area (coffee/dining table) so that I can invite friends for dinner. 2.Putting chair (hanging chair, cozy fabric sofa, balcony sofa, etc). 3.Small gardening area for my wife. 4.Flooring. To combine timber flooring and grasses. 5.Wall. To use live bamboo wall and/or to apply the vertical gardening wall. 6.To install ceiling fans. Any comments?

Hi, I will be getting my keys for my condo unit. As my unit is at 1st floor, i will be having a large PES area (Balcony) and Yard. My wife and I are planning to do the wood decking for our PES area. Any recommendation the woods to be used? So many following woods to be choose a bit confused: 1. Chengal 2. Balau 3. Ironwood 4. Abodo Pine 5. Burmese Teak 6. Ipe 7. WPC etc. Any recommendation reliable contractor/ carpenter to do the job? Many Thanks.
