Hi. I'm also a first timer to renovation. Will not hire ID, as I do have budget, and most of my ideal look of the house will have movable furnitures which do not need to custom made. 1) I know ID firms will have installation payments for the renovation. But does contractor accept installment payments too? 2) Im only planning to custom made kitchen counter top, built in wardrobe, bed platform, and tv console. I want to know, usually when does painting of the house take place? before or after the contractors completed their work?
