You may like to check with Ryan how much is his platform if what you have in mind is similar to his. Study table, do you need to customise it? if not, buying will be cheaper. TV console with feature wall is another that you can do away if you have budget constraint, if not, feel free to do a nice one. Guess flooring is done by HDB since you did not mention. Furniture and appliances you just need to go shopping, physically or electronically. many shops have online store and you get rough idea of their cost.

I got a friend applied for sengkang too and her Q no. is 700+. Lucky you! Your question... I cannot answer... better to check with HDB? or can you check the 600+ units offered are from both Village and Fern or from 1 of them only?

there is details of the components provided and sample in HDB if I am not wrong. Mine is SOBF so cant help much but so far the OCS items provided by HDB are so far so good for me.

are you referring a separate item charged as ID fee? If yes, then the answer is no. There is no separate charge.

Then you better get your contractor to clean it up cos they are going to dirty your house. Or if Jason is the one who schedule such, you get him to arrange another cleaning (need not chemical cleaning) if the contractor did not clean it up enough.

melamine foam although is very good in cleaning, but I realised it spoil the smooth layer, if there is, eg. switches. It doesnt harm tiles though.

If your unit is not the top floor, standard height is 2.6m. If platform is 50cm, you still have 2.1m. My platform is also about 50cm and I do see the danger of falling from window. So now I only open 1 side of the window only. No grill. Congrats on the key collection. Any picture? Where is the location?
