I just completed my EA renovation in Sembawang earlier in the year. Initial quote was close to 80k and I added quite a lot of thing. Came up to 97K not including electrical works... Did a lot of carpentry though

Expect a jam with the long weekend! I went in on Monday and was stuck in a jam on my way back for 2.5 hours. Joined the returning queue at 1.30 pm, cleared customs at 4pm. But it was worth it

Why not consider getting the ceiling fans from JB? I got a Fanco with LED lights (Circolo C42" with Philips LED bulbs x2) at less than S$200. Only thing is need to drive in to JB.
