  1. Nice bro. Completed and pics well taken. Glad to see it all coming out nicely. S.... did an awesome job but yet again I would know that too together with Kaisermisaki too haha
  2. Nice color tones. Guess alot of discussion with our ID to make sure this color code fits
  3. Place developing awesomely bro...waiting see the final end product too
  4. When confirm 1st lah now say only and take also not sure just for company website or other purposes haha. No big goals did it because I wanted to live in a home that suits my living habits. But thanks for the kind words and support
  5. Oh ok perhaps I'll take my pathetic little living area haha I'll see what I can do when the mess subsides haha. Once again thank you for your kind words and your place is developing nicely too.
  6. Thank you sis. Full view meaning? haha the company has decided to do a photo shoot so maybe their wide angle lens will do more justice when the time comes haha. Let me know what you wanna see and I'll try haha
  7. haha well the work of our ID bro so kudos to her. But didn't come cheap unfortunately . But after the finish it's justified that I cut from other aspects to go ahead with this. Whew...Apparently the 1st time for her contractors too with the railings, the whole team cracked their heads on how to achieve the bend design from 1st flight to 2nd flight haha as wooden railings can't be used and only aluminium.
  8. Thanks Kaiser bro, it's been a joy working with the ID in this project and I'd definitely say she earned her buck and provides the service one would desire from an ID. Will detail a review of products and items purchase when I have the time and ID too.
  9. The Grand Finale It's complete and finally able to upload the complete look of all areas in our 2nd EM reno project . Thank you everyone for being part of this journey and sharing my ups and downs along the way. A Complete Staircase Upper Level Completed View Upper Level Kids Playroom Sorry for the distortion of the panorama pic as movement had to be made guess my hands aren't as steady as I thought. Kids Bedrooms Completed Common Bathroom Upper Floor What's left is truly the MBR but just too sloppy and messy for any pics now Will try to find time to get that snapped.
  10. Very nice cave and I'm guessing somehow we may have the same ID after all Not sure but will need you to verify this haha.
  11. Well got the Ogawa back then but parents have the OSIM and hear they use faux leather and changing it is much cheaper so not as much an issue as with Ogawa Hope this helps. You can always clarify this part with the sales person before deciding to go ahead as parents OSIM set flaked after a little under 2 years as well. Trying to settle in I would say perhaps 80/90% now because the final pieces only arrived this week as per the latest updates.
  12. Thank you sis for the kind words and yes I work a lot at home too so allocated a little more budget to this area. A real pinch but still happy with it.
  13. Thank you for the compliments. Yes they are very unique I must say. Bankers lamp from them too yes.
  14. It's Airia desk from Herman Miller and we got it a Xtra. It's a real damage for sure
  15. I got it from home fix stores and under the ifan brand which is a replica of Vornado I guess. Looking for something small and decent and walk by one day saw it and felt the wind was decent and cheap too haha so happy with what I have.
  16. Thanks for compliments. Dining set was from Nook & Cranny The white we fear contrast will be too much so went with a safer option and not adding too many more colors around
  17. Almost Complete We have since moved in for about a month officially now but furnishings remain incomplete till today when our final good arrived fully. Beside Table and Drawers We like the look and was love at first sight when we saw it and had to get it. Due to the cost we can't get 2 sets for each side so we settled for top tray and legs on one side and triple drawers on another side haha. Finally too my home office and work desk is complete with the final piece of the puzzle: A banker's lamp to go on top of it Work Desk Still a work in progress with the wiring and shortening of the wires but the Airia desk allows for most wires to be hidden inside of it so that already helps clean up alot of wire clutter. Next up would be the missing dining chairs Dining Chair and Complete Dining Set Look We scanned alot of chairs and effectively found the uniqueness of the color of our dining table and bench made it a nightmare to hunt for the missing pair of dining chairs. So we went with this and tried our luck. A TB purchase and going transparent to get the as if it was never there effect and I think we got that haha! Since its hard to match make it look like it's not there then. Extra Stools Got this extra stools for party purposes if needed. Another one of our TB loot. Now we are officially complete and have to find opportunities to tidy up the remaining area before taking a snap shot haha. Simply too messy once you officially begin to live lift in the new place.
  18. Hey Everything is coming in nicely. Lovely paint job with the front gate. Really "tuo tai huan gu" As for massage chairs they are a great to have but not great to upkeep haha much like technology always better technology coming up and still does not match a real massage session to ease the aches and pains. So decided not to move mine when I shifted over cos the original leather was flaking and to re-leather cost 1.5K and upgrading after trade in of 3K cost me another 3K for a new model which was the price of my original set. So seeing the potential issues with leather again with time to come dump it and went without it and well the luxury of space I guess is what I have now
  19. Well to be honest most of the black rainshowers selling locally cost $400 and upwards with the lower priced ones not nice at all and if we do go with black it would be design that matters as well right? G Ferretti ones cost similar to the ones I've gotten and I didn't like the rainshower with the shower head combo set they had so went on TB and spotted this and went for it. Considering its a UK brand and I've gotten it from the Tmall outlet of the brand itself I decided it was worth the risk and not regretted the purchase thankfully. The only other set I eyed was from BRAVAT but that was going for $1.8K locally with similar rainshower head design.
  20. We opted for instant heaters as we do not like the idea of waiting for water to heat up when we want to use it and often than not the switch is forgotten and hence more electricity wastage in the process. Also this has served us well plus storing and hiding a drum is another headache to deal with all together and drums do have rust issues as well over time so not too keen on that part. The heater works only for the shower head and the rain shower still operates on normal water pipes so its ok and we love this rain shower No regrets over it.
  21. Here you go: http://world.tmall.com/item/19007405365.htm?id=19007405365
  22. Mine was settled in a little under 2 weeks because it was causing my current cabinet to rot so I guess maybe that's why. You could try calling the HDB office an request to expedite as it is slowing your whole reno process and you have to move in by a certain deadline else you would be homeless:) Else cc the email to the area MP it helps at times to get them working tried and testing with 24 hours response time call back. Wall was fixed and once holes in the outside brick wall patch no more leaks
  23. Thank you for dropping by Luxeexplorer. Do note though that this shape sink has an issue with water splatter on use because of the angle slope if water pressure is high it splashes out . Otherwise you can head over to Samsei and have a look . All the best for your reno too
