Thats like a total change of your WC from their original positions and the original waste hole from HDB cannot be altered so not sure if you would be able to achieve that but I guess since you have drawn it out means you have discovered it can be done. But make sure its approved to prevent issues in future as I've learnt when trying to sell my old place when the officer came and ask why this this this and this was not documented and approved? Is was a massive headache.

Seems like the fast times are here for you. Carpentry goes in then the rest can begin finishing up quickly after that. -
2 compressors will depend on the HDB amp supply else it will not be approved after all. So usually old EM blocks if the area has not undergone urban renewal process or electrical supply upgrading then don't even need to try or think about it . Tried checking this out and AC guys says don't bother cannot approve. So just need to check if upgrading done else view it as forced to save $$$ which is a good thing

Congrats bro Fully agree with your comments about our same ID I'll pen my own thoughts when I'm done too. Just finish opening up all the boxes stored up while Reno was completed since we moved in before completion. Waiting to see your finished pics -

Which shower door are you referring to? The black one in common bath or grey with mesh glass in MBR bathroom? But they are all from our ID and her contractors. -

Thanks and not just yet now it's a house but not home yet. Soft touches yet to complete. We love the stairs and rails too We handed a challenge to our ID is time frame and she duly delivered so we are pleased definately with her responsibility and delivering what she promised. -

Nice progress going...staying tuned but nice open clear views as well. -
Yes All natural is dirty cos you have to wash it daily and scrub to be able to walk on it without shoes. Unless you don't mind black feets in home. Love it too when I had my first EM but then roofed it after we had our 1st kid cos more usable space and also stopped going out cos lazy to clean after 6 months of owning it haha.

Well this is where you have to decide because contractor means you have to stand up and make some decisions when the need and time comes but with ID I can actually go which you think is better. What would you suggest and of course then furniture hunting suggestions as well. ID commands a higher price but at times they do work hard to earn it as well and rectifying imperfections with no questions asked as long as reasonable too.

Nice tiles. Too bad cannot afford to tile the whole house even if it would have been my preference to do so.

Well hope you can find something you like haha -
Roofing are all 3k and up depending on the size for the tiled ones and shutters are the costliest it seems hence we didn't take away ours which was left behind by the previous owners. Reckon being able to close shutters when we are on holiday is a good idea too.

Yes space planning has to come from how you intend to live and use each of the space you have. Hence for us we told our Id what we wanted and her task was to draw up the design and if you tell then you want it to be usable space then it will e what they have to take in mind unless the Id ain't listening then it's time to change one. So plan with the end use in mind and ID and contractors will Always be at the different ends. Like the stairs guys came and mentioned Id easy just draw and design but we have to think and see how to make it possible haha. So contractor means simple but if you want design then means ID haha balance of it all is needed.

Used to think BLUM too but realize at the end of the day practicality is more important which meant simple closing hinges can use any good decent soft closing types. But only weird angle or heavy lifting doors will need Blum as that's what they are truly built for. Didn't plan for it but got a FREE one from our ID in the end haha cos her carpenter told her for our dish rack cabinet door the normal brands cannot hold the weight so mayhe BLUM can and BLUM was what we got and actually we were not told until we spotted it when we checked the panels Talk about pleasant surprise haha -

True that. Their range aren't really expansive but whatever I need and wanted they had it. Pricing is decent too so happy Shipment was delayed though but since my place wasn't ready for the items so this delay worked out ok for me. Became just in time -
