    Wow, beautiful evening view . This is Avenue 10 from either Block 548 or 553, looking westwards towards AMK Central with Blk 596 series in the far background. Very near to the new HDB DBS site at Street 51/52 which will be tendered, built and sold by private developers. Good choice , great location, superb reno and furnishings!

    Hello everyone, My aunt is looking for a 4 room resale flat in Punggol (vicinity of Punggol Field, Edgedale Plains, Edgefield Plains) , she is single in her 50s and working in the finance department . Is there anyone contemplating to sell their flat in that area? Current valuations vary from 248k to 260k , with asking COVs from 30k onwards. This is because each flat would have its own merit of floor level, location, renovation style etc.. Since this would be a direct transaction from seller to buyer, no agent commission is payable.     Yes, my mum had her sink and gas hob areas done with hollow block and tile supports as these 2 areas are very prone to wear & tear from her heavy duty cooking & washing which normal wooden cabinets cannot withstand. They are more costly but it was deemed more appropriate.
