Day 43 - Carpentry work + Online Shopping Delivery What an exciting day that my carpentry work is finally here, but have to work today butI did manage to went over my place around 7:30pm, I am so surprise that my kitchen's cabinet is all up and all the drawer had been installed (not yet check the quality), same go to my wall hang TV cabinet and my dinning area cabinets. While I am there, the 2 young man is still installing the cabinet in my dry vanity area. But it is really too dark in the house for me to take any photo to share with my kaki here. I also notice there is some damage at the box up wall (I think they bump it while they move the cabinet into my room), had inform my ID and see how fast they going to fixed this. Today I also received my very 1st online order from TB and Amazon, lucky my office mail room didn't complaint about my item. The towel bar, hook and sink caddy from Amazon all received in good condition, Maybe is not my lucky day, the lamp I got from TB really have some QC issue, Don't know why there is a paint stain on the lamp, that really look like scratches. will try to contact the shop CS and see how can we settle the issue, for sure I don't think I want to sent it back because of the cost.

Ya Luxexplorer, I think they think sometime ppl might need some privacy, but maybe I grew up in the family that don't have a habit to lock the toilet door, for us the signal is as long the door is close = someone is using. Ya is those hook kind, because my toilet is sliding door and I really don't like it, so will try all ways and stand firm that I need this to be change . I think can be done, maybe just need to add on some cost for the change. The photo of the digital lock door? Ok got chance I will take, tomorrow sure will go over. But now the lock is wrap in masking tape at this moment.

Day 42 - Minor Update + Digital lock The cabinet come on Monday didn't happen, it will only happen tomorrow. But with a rainy day like this I am also glad that it only happen tomorrow (please give me a good weather tomorrow) So nothing much to update. Glass work is up, the glass door for my kitchen and my MBR Bath is up, and in the bath room I saw this, My ID decided to add lock for my MBR Bathroom, and for my point of view there is no need to have lock in the bathroom. since I will be the only one using the bath room. I sent him a message to ask him to ratified the issue, he told me can be done, means take need down the tiles and rebuilt again. I think that happen during a renovation project, so just hope they will can get it fixed. Today I also get my digital lock installed, in the end I go for the Samsung P718 model, the reason is just because with almost the same price I get finger print, card and password function on it. That is something I can't get from the Yale model.

That is why I don't think I will go for 4K because of lack of content, actually the screen and my distant won't be too far I think but the main issue I have with the model is the curve screen, still not a big fan, but also think of it, with the high price maybe I should just go for a normal flat screen TV.

Thanks for the advice, I today went to Home Fixed to take a look, I think 10L should be find I think can go bigger also can. S Lets see how much will it cost on Black Friday than only decide. I think I also like the idea of using a sensor pump for my kitchen sink and also my dry vanity, US is selling $39.99 and home fix is selling at S$119, the price here is really crazy.

From Facebook notice philips come out with this kind of LED build, I always look this kind of builds, So I think I most likely I will use it on my pendent light

I maybe will go for the stainless steel look, is 10L very big for kitchen? The one at ikea looks good, maybe I can just settle with that one.

For me I will prefer those with cover kind, because I think I just need it for the kitchen, others I think I can go for ikea Black Friday don't cover all product, but that day you can shop around, so the best way is to put all the things u think you might want to the cart or get a wish list started, so on that day you can check is the price drop if yes, just place the order.

I think most of us been watching lots of HGTV, is always Hardwood floor and granite counter top but I have to says some of those house really not my kinda taste, but your floor nice nice ah. Can share share how much you pay for the air fryer? What are those free gift? -

I just done talking to TC over the phone, they told me they will get that paint done but advice me to do it after my reno, So I think I have to call them after the hand over. Now I am looking on what should I get from Amazon, since no plan today. Maybe shopping trip in Amazon. Want to buy the waste bin, 10 Liters too big for kitchen?

Give Away - ID Magazine Before the reno start while I am in the mid of researching for ID, I bought some interior design magazine (SquareRooms and Home & Deco) I think I have come to a point maybe I don't have to refer it that much now, so rather than selling it to Karung Guni, I am thinking maybe I can give it away for anyone who need it. I have total about 11-12 issues of them (between May to Oct), so if anyone want need it do let me know here or sent me a PM.

Day 38 - Minor Update Today just stop by the place after work, frankly speaking I know there is nothing much to update today, So just go to check all those small detail but so far everything are ok. 1. 1st coat of paint done. 2. Fiber Network Cable Done (I relocate the port to store room). 3. Hansgrohe, Toto & IXISS (WC) Delivery done. My shower set! Question So sorry I am a bit "mountain tortoise" kind, Because ex-owner of my unit did pray pray after they move out, they also remove the 天公 and 地主 and leave a big ptach at the wall, I just want to find out can I get the town council to repaint the wall for me? or I have to do it myself?

Actually I really don't want them go so fast, furniture also yet to buy hahaha!! Still want custom made some more, I just want to move in Feb. So maybe if hand over I will slowly slowly make it nice nice and just pack bag and move it when come to Feb. Will try to apply leave tomorrow and see what my new boss says. Hope he will say ok lah.

Ya Teka Hob no stock so maybe you want to check with them again, But you can try Zucook also, maybe the stock is in. RMB410/cbm is not a not a bad deal to be frank, I don't mind sharing also since might buy more item. I can go back office and ask is there any better lobang or not.
