  1. Can go to House of Chandelier. They give 2 years on site warranty and on top of that their price is cheaper than many lighting shops that I've come across. I've replaced all my lightings with their lights. So far their post sales service is as good as their presales service. I'm a satisfied customer here.
  2. I got my lights from taobao. Super regret. I also see the price difference then decide to buy from taobao one. But end up, I spent more money dealing with the aftermath. -.- I bought 12 downlights, 1 dining table light and 2 bedroom lights from taobao. When it arrived, a few of the downlights have cracked glass, and my dining lights have been scratched. So my reno was delayed cause I have to get the seller to send me replacement parts. Not only time wasted, money wasted on the shipping too. Shipping more expensive than the lights lor. When the spare parts finally reached, my electrician tell me he dunno how to install my dining lights. End up I had to spend more money to get another guy to do it for me. Just when I thought my reno nightmare is finally over. My downlights start flickering. And that's just 1 month after moving in! After another 2 months, 5 out of my 12 downlights stopped working. I got fed up and just replaced all the downlights. You have no idea how much I've wasted. Super angry. Now I truly believe in you get what you pay for.
  3. Did they not offer warranty? Or are they not honouring their warranty??? Super orh xim shop lor! How can lights spoil after less than 2 weeks? Really must siam far far
  4. Hi Mr. Farmer, can't really remember the price as it's been more than a year. I have their contact if you need can PM me (don't think I can share contact here) . Or you can google House of Chandelier to get to their website.
  5. I would recommend getting from House of Chandelier. As mentioned earlier, I'm a victim of buying cheap downlights and end up replacing them months later. As the Chinese like to say 便宜没好货, meaning anything cheap usually means lousy quality. So far, I'm very happy with the downlights I got from House of Chandelier. I got more than 50 downlights from House of Chandelier to replace all my downlights, and that was more than a year ago. So far all are still going strong. Unlike my previous one which I got from one of the shop at Geylang. One by one started flickering after I moved in. Within a short 3 months. More than 10 pieces are either flickering or can't on. That's what triggered me to replace all my downlights. -.-!
  6. Totally agree with Nana here. I'm one of those victims whom replaced all my downlights after moving in for only 3 months! I got my replacement from House of Chandelier too. I was attracted by their 2 years onsite warranty. It turned out to be a great decision. Here's an informative article *REMOVED* by them on downlights. Wished I've read this article before my reno then.
