It roughly depends on your window size and the cost for type of material used the lady boss will quote you. Spinball: The lady boss came down to measure my windows as mentioned before in a post. To give you an exact cost for the curtain materials & the type of curtains required, she needs to do an accurate measurement of your windows in person. If you are interested in engaging her services, she will come down to do the measurement. Vowsh: Around 1k+ SGD (RM2.4k) for the following : - Living room - Double tracks, 1 set of curtains & 1 lace curtain 1 set of String Curtains for living & dining area Roller bind w/o blackout for study room Rollerbind w blackout for 3 bedrooms Hope this helps!

Ask the ID whats the price per psf and you can work out how your ID charge you according to your floor area. Usually it should not range no more than 4.5-5 psf for AC5 grade. Usually there's a bit of profit to be earned by IDs so you need to work out the breakdown though.

Hey skywolf, No not at the same place. I think its quite far and I've never been to the shop before as the boss is a friend of my mum. She brought the sample catalogs for us to view and choose. Even came down to singapore to do measurement and install the curtains on 2 trips down here. Overall, the lady boss is a nice lady and prompt with her services. If you are interested, can pm you her contact? You can arrange to meet at an convenient venue in JB and ask her to bring the catalogs for you when you're in JB to check out the furniture

Heya Ranval, thanks for the compliment on the curtains! I got them from JB. It's relatively cheap compared to what I would have paid for in SG. Total damage should be less than 2K in ringgit. The breakdown of the costs for curtains, am not sure since we have yet to receive the bill from my mum's lobang. Will let you know the costs of the rollerblind curtain for study.

Special kind? Maybe you can ask your ID what brand is the laminate and you can do some research. But seriously i had the impression that platform laminate is more or less similar to laminated flooring and surely able to support human traffic?
