HAHAHAHAHA thats not too big lah bro.. As long as fit inside a lift and up u go, u are pretty safe of getting a good price! Anyway I got my mirror tru my ID so i dunno how much it was marked up. But if u interested rite, u can do a search at yellowpages and enquire them. I did a favour for u here

How big u want? As big as can fit tru the lift door? The bigger the mirror = manpower to carry up the stairs on to your floor = higher the floor, more $$$. I kena the hard way tho. Full height mirror spread over 1.3m costed me almost $1.8k!

It's funny that I've moved in totally but my renovations is not handed-over yet. The reason because that the glass on my kitchen cabinets cracked a few times oready and had to be sent back by the carpenter to get it rectified. So the new cabinet will be ready usually in 2 weeks. It happened twice oready. But so far so good, the cabinet didnt crack. Now I'm facing the problem of soft pipe leaking for my mbr toilet basin tap. The super expensive glass tap one. So waiting for my ID's plumber to come this weekend to rectify. Apart from those problems, my wife and myself have moved in fully and waiting for our Courts's sofa to be delivered to complete the house furnishings. Its been quite a ride and we have been pretty matured in handling house renovations. This renotalk forum really help a lot in our decision making and also discussion of issues among our friendly neighbours. Me and my wife hope that we can stay in Jln Membina as long as we can. I paid $900 for the windows in the whole house to be aluminium grilled. Was quoted 3 times more if I wanna those grilles to be wraught iron. I didnt do any sliding kitchen door. I feel it'll be under-utilized for me. Oh Yeah, Someone was asking for a bathroom sink rite? I took away my mbr bathroom one. I forgot who wants it and its somewhere in the forums so yah.. pm if u want it..

I guess its all about luck. It was my first time too and I clearly got q nbr 446 out of 460 units 4rm offered at JM. Wasn't too hopeful of getting a high floor (above 8 floors) unit. But settled for the highest unit available at the block of my choice. U can call me a "sui pien" dude.. Hahahaha

Well mine's a 42" And loving every minute of it. I just need to close the windows, curtains and on the air-con and make me feel that I'm in the cinema.. apart from the commercials in between! Hahahaha

Nope I didnt hack any wall. The reason is simple. Easy to clean. Well more of psychological thingy ah. Small rooms makes u feel easy to clean and maintain or hide stuff easily. Those big rooms will make me go, "Wah piang so much to clean." Hahaha it just me, psychological thoughts. Even then, my wall feature is oready a pain to clean. HAHAHAHAHA

HI GUYS!! It's good to be back... from a super duper looong marriage leave + hornymoon leave + annual leave + no internet access at home (leave)!!! Well just an update, I've fully moved in and got my internet just recently and it feels **** great to be able to surf internet and also watch cable tv! Muahahaha... Will be shopping for furniture for the 2 empty rooms.. Temporary will be my playpen before any lil' ones come along!! Hahaha Have a great day everyone!!

Hi All, Chatted with my neighbour just now and she said that the uncle was walking around the corridor tat time and he came up to my neighbour and asked if she wanna do up her bolts. So she doesnt have his contact and all. Maybe if u see the uncle around and quote more than $14 per bolt (I think our gate has 9 bolts total), bargain with him.. So sorry guys.

Thank you lifestyle. Nah.. It wasnt taken from table or ladder. Just held it above my head and judge. Anyway hp camera is lousy quality but light for flexibility. Heh

Yesterday when I was at the unit, my nextdoor neighbour came up to me and ask if I wanna do the hinges, coz she engaged the uncle to do for thier unit. For safety reason and the reports of the break-ins, I decided to do too. I was charged at $120 for all (9) hinges, as he gave "special" price as me and neighbour did together.. The uncle, simply took out the original hinges and put in alloy screw and nut and weld it. Pretty strong, and he even has the colour to match the gate colour! And I forgot to ask for his contact as I was pretty busy with the deleviries and installations going on at the same time! I'll ask my neighbour when I have the chance again and pass the contact to you guys ok? And happy, how does the robbers saw off the gate? As far I know, the gate is wraught iron, the robbers need special tools and loads of time to saw or melt the gate. Getting worrying if these robbers are getting high-tech at same time!
