  1. Can someone share the architect / main con for this beautiful project? Tia
  2. i just did a full ht study rm using only glass.. due to no stock for 10mm thick (tinted glass), i top up just another $200++ to 12mm tinted glass.. it is really alot more solid than e 10mm as it does not even wobble/shake like e 10mm tempered glass i had for my kitchen sliding door. E hindsight of it is that e sliding door is REALLY HEAVY!! However w e sturdiness, i would go for 12mm anytime.. 2cents worth
  3. thks! i m staying 2B, wat abt u? i cant really complain abt e layout though except e kitchen (small n odd shaped!!) n a little abt my mbr... btw, i didnt overlay e HHS leh, juz did e floors only.. Hi guys, just a little update.. painting is done n almost all e downlights r up.. cleaning up e whole place shd b done sometime tis wk n all the cupboards laid on e floor shd b removed by then.. i shd b able to take new pics then n update again... couldnt wait to share e pics!! thks for e patience.. (same as living n study la) HHS (BLACK!!) hehe
  5. some completed plaster ceiling pics.. dining area (taken from living) split area between living n study from opp direction MBR can anyone teach me how to show e pic BIG BIG in size? think it is very troublesome to hv to click on e pics to see e actual size.. am using imageshack.. HELP thks! at first i also like, but when come e designing part, found it difficult as i m only left w 2 sides to place e wardrobe n bed.. the other 2 sides cant b used bcos of window n toilet..
  6. hehe thks.. hopefully dun disappoint.. 110sqm.. e living area is big, but kitchen small small thks.. but e mbr is too squarish to b able to design leh.. seen a few of the neighbours' mbr n very difficult to design.. thks!!

  8. like most guys here, i hv benefited greatly from this forum. and so now hopefully, is my turn to return a little bit to this place.. UBK- upper boon keng.. i wil try to learn how to post my pictures 1st.. akan datang!
  9. thks mace. if u switch it on in e morning, is it stil hot enough in e evening when u come back w/o having to switch it on again? i know that for joven, if there is stil water left in e tank, it will still b hot enough to bath again even when u come back in e evening.
  10. Can anyone here advice how long does it take after switching on the Ariston storage heater (say 30L) before is it hot enough to bath? And how long does it stay hot in e tank? I understand that for Joven storage heater, just have to switch on for abt 10-15min, it is gd enough for a 35L tank for u to bath. Also, even if u on it in e morning, it will still stay hot in the tank until u come back in e evening.. I hv to consider ARISTON bcos of e space constraint (ariston is more compact), and would appreciate any of those Ariston users to comment as there another thread commenting that it takes ages to heat up..
