Hi jub25, Sorry hijack your thread for a while. My curtains also from Jimmy Textiles. All normal curtains, no roller or roman. But mine is $1469 for living room (half length due to bay window), full length for study room and spare room and full length for mbr (double layer). Very puzzled JT supposed to be budget but not sure why mine is so expensive? I was told the fabric I chose is not the high end one. For those interested in Monte Carlo fan, here's the pic of it mounted: The wind was very good. Elmark service superb and very punctual in delivery. Hubby and me love the fan. Even our ID likes it and asked us to recommend him the place to buy

Thought the ID should add addendum if any changes? Addition or omission should be no problem what.

Do they have other outlets other than the Furniture Mall outlet? I paid $1050 for the fabric sofa. Ordered last month I think. Will post pic of the real thing after delivery. What were you thinking of getting from there?

The ID I engaged is relatively new but I learnt from that 2 of the bosses were actually from a big name ID co. I was not served by them so I definitely did not sign up due to this cause.

Yes, I saw the Sycamore Fan on display. They mount the silver one. The service from the lady (Estelle) was very good. She offered to let us see the white one (in box). After some thinking, hb and I decided to buy the Monte Carlo model. Fan + installation for $600. Sycamore Fan is $1388 but I believe they offer 30% if buying at showroom. I was told they are going to raise the price for export models very soon.

Any good reviews on Cuizino oven? My ID included Cuizino hob, hood and oven in the package. Went to APS showroom to see. Outlook is very sleek but not sure if the performance is good as this is considered new brand in the market.

I have ordered 1 2.1metre 3 seater fabric sofa from Siang Yang at FM. Svc from the auntie was good. Can take a look there. I managed to get mine at $1050.

Is the contractor Ah Boy or an old uncle? I saw a lot of contractors lurking ard my new flat area. The old uncle even came up and open our door to promote his package. He even brought us up to his clients completed "showroom". Sorry to say the design and worksman is unsatisfactory so did not sign up with him.
