Just to share.. If your sink is just right above the refuse chute hopper Take note of the depth. Too deep, might block the access to the refuse chute hopper. My contractor shift my single bowl sink to the left because the drain outlet blocking the refuse chute hopper.

http://www.zaobao.com/sp/sp120327_003.shtml 财务顾问领域检讨 保险经纪将不能兼职房地产 财务顾问未来将不得同时兼职为房地产经纪、放贷者、赌场中介,以及推销对客户没有保障的投资产品。另一方面,配合新加坡逐步提高的教育水平以及消费者的知识水平,财务顾问的学历门槛也将提高,不再只是目前的四个“O”水准科目及格就能入行。 这是新加坡金融管理局为增强消费者对保险与财务顾问领域的信任与信心,所采取的“财务顾问领域检讨”(Financial Advisory Industry Review,简称FAIR)的一部分。 此外,当局也会从消费者的利益角度考量,检讨、改变保险业现有的分销成本与佣金架构,以及提升财务顾问公司的素质和促进公平交易的文化。 金融管理局局长孟文能(Ravi Menon)是在昨晚举行的新加坡寿险协会(LIA)50周年晚宴上讲话时宣布这项消息。 上述五大保险与财务顾问领域改革方向,目前还处在建议阶段,当局将在近期内征询业者及消费者的意见。 孟文能在讲话中指出,最近开始有保险经纪针对同时兼职为房地产经纪提出询问,目的是为同一批客户提供房屋买卖经纪服务,以赚取更多佣金。金管局也观察到有些财务顾问向赌场管制局申请赌场中介执照,当局也接获投诉,指财务顾问试图向消费者售卖可疑的金块投资计划。 孟文能指出,这些兼职与财务顾问的工作有明显的利益冲突,当局将和业者检讨财务顾问所不能兼职的工作有哪些,以确保他们以客户的利益为优先。 金管局也将检讨财务顾问通过“介绍人”争取更多客户的做法,确保这些“介绍人”不会为了赚取佣金而强迫客户购买产品。 我国目前仍面对投保不足的问题,为降低国人投保的成本,当局希望业者能通过互联网直接售卖简单的人寿保险产品,以减少分销成本。金管局也将检讨现有以佣金为基础的产品销售做法及多层佣金结构,是否违反了以消费者利益为重心的原则,导致他们付出不必要或过高的费用。 业者希望有足够时间调整 受访业者对金管局考虑采取的新举措表示欢迎,并希望当局能给予业者足够时间作出调整。 finexis advisory总裁林锦荣受访时指出,旗下一些财务顾问确实同时拥有财务顾问执照和房地产经纪执照。他说:“我们会给这些财务顾问两个选择:一、继续在 公司全职从事财务顾问的工作,二、如果他们不愿意这么做的话就得离开公司。我认为,同时从事房地产经纪工作将影响这些财务顾问的专业水平,这会让客户感到 混淆,对他们来说也有欠公平。” 林锦荣也希望当局能够分阶段实行新的措施,以便给财务顾问有足够时间做调整。他指出,拥有丰富经验的财 务顾问在学历方面可能不符合新的条例,但这不代表他们没有能力提供专业的财务顾问服务。他说:“财务顾问这行讲求的不只是学历,还有实战经验、客户与顾问 之间的信任,以及顾问本身的技术能力。” 针对新的分销成本与佣金制度,林锦荣认为,是否可行将取决于市场的运行。 星融(SingCapital)总裁谢诏全则认为,学历固然重要,不过希望那些学历不高,但情绪智商高而且对这行有热忱的人有机会入行。 他也指出,兼做财务顾问和房地产经纪的人可能会为了推销金融产品而急着将客户的屋子卖掉,以致后者得不到好的价格。相反的,他也可能会为快速完成交易,而推销不适当的金融产品给客户。 针对在互联网售卖保险产品的做法,谢诏全表示,这可能导致消费者在没有进行全面财务状况分析的情况下,买入不适合甚至是他们不需要的产品。 --------------------- In short. No PE dare to sign and approve it. many many years back. A HDB owner want to have bigger living hall or simi reason. Hack a wall. In the end, whole block ppl move out. B'coz.. wall crack on the void deck, not those hair line crack hor. Really crack and HDB , PE get those metal to support the wall. Then PE repair the wall and check the whole block structure. The whole block ppl only can go home after PE give green light. If I remember correctly, like the green light only come in the next day. U want to on the newspaper headline? After this case, HDB come out new rule. Renovation permit, BTW, no renovation contractor dare to hack those wall too. B'coz they will lost their license. U want to feed them?

If I'm not wrong, this parliament, they mention. HDB common corridor need to have 1.5m min wide. But not too sure is this rule enforced? U can do few things. 1. Take a photo of their bicycles park outside the corridor. Measure est what is the space left. Then email to your Town Council. Take few angles and few photos. 2. Email to your town council and HDB. telling them the frequent of changing face in your next door. You worry about family member safety. Or they are making alot of noise, until what time, is it daily/seldom or one in the blue blue moon. Est how many ppl in that unit. Flat owner can rent out the whole unit provided. 1. meet MOP 2. have HDB approval. Need both. Lack of one , flat owner back side will got ants. Then if the flat owner meet the above 2 requirement. There is a max ppl can stay in that unit. How to see? Take a photo of their door step. How many pairs of shoes they had, clothes they hung outside.
