  1. If the ah long issue has solve. Why there is a need to post the previous owner new address on the wall. What's if they also like you. Innocent party Don't forget ah long has another working pattern. Go after the neighbor instead of the correct customer.
  2. I don't buy this idea too. Sound very stupid, at least to me. I would invest in 2nd property for my retirement fund. Saving is good but put all your cash in saving.. don't look good at this time. Interest is far too low. You basically is losing money every mth, every yr. Bit by bit. I will split my cash into 3 part. st1 part - buy property. Be land lord 2nd part - buy dividend share. Share dividend. Act as part of the pocket money 3rd part - cash for my eat, drink, allowance. and retirement fund.

  4. bepgof, I think and think.. don't sound right 1st appointment is to check all the doc from buyer and seller that both side can eligible to buy and sell and correct. If during the 1st appointment, seller MOP not meet, that's mean. Cannot sell. If 1st appointment didn't get thru' , how to move to 2nd appointment.

  7. I think only HDB can answer your question. Not many of us come across this scenario. My friend has 1 HDB unit and her husband has one HDB unit when they are single. But she sold away her HDB and use the $ to pay back the HDB loan belong to her husband unit when her husband want to add her name in.

  11. U only can buy 2nd property regardless 1. keeping or not for the 1st property OR 2. fully pay the HDB loan or not. ONLY after you had completed the 5 yrs MOP. Layman term is.. If you buy direct HDB or resale HDB with grant. U only can dream on 2nd property 5 yrs after you had take your key

  16. the hacking of platform is requested by buyer or the HDB officer during inspection. If I'm the seller. I will not bother. i assume u had exercise the OTP. If during the signing of OTP. Buyer never request. I will ignore the request. If the buyer b'coz of this don't want to attend the 1st appointment. I will "eat" his 5% deposit and look for another buyer BUT If the request is from HDB officer. Then seller has to hack it.

After 1 small TV console, 1 side table and 1 dressing table and 1 wardrobe and 1 Queen size bed.<br>The bottleneck is between my bed and the TV console. That area really need to walk like a crab.<br>Luckily is just 2 step crab. LOL<br>Or else hit on my bed frame. Super pain. will get blue black. Tio few time liao.<br>
  18. 1. depend how big is your room 2. what things you want to put into your room. Make sure when everything in. You still have space to move. Mean walk properly, not walk like model (1 straight line)
