  1. BTW, TS, follow Devil_82 advice. ask for 8 week for 2nd appointment. For this, don't need buyer agreement. This is Seller right to request for max 8 week waiting time for 2nd appointment. If the agent say.. cannot. Tell him is it? Let's me call the HDB officer-in-charge and ask.

Unless your seller agree that you can remove it.

  15. Just an information , If you come across a unit which is just finish Lift upgrading. Make sure the invoice has bill to the seller. Don't assume lift in use and invoice has bill. PR don't have any subsidy for Lift upgrading. If pay thru' CPF by installment. Interest is market rate.

Don't think. this letter applies to those taking 70% loan 3. My guess.. yes. Since the 70% for 2nd property is across all board
