i brought it at takashimaya in cash. i only have the warranty card and i forgot to post out. but i only brought it in july and it still not yet 1year.

hi, brought the rice cooker(Tiger Brand) around July and now is spoil. i have sent to the agent for repair and they need the receipt if not they will charges $110 for the repair. Now the problem is i have lose the receipt. So anyone out there brought the tiger brand rice cooker and have the receipt?

i also using Ariston cos is left down by previous owner cos i think still new. but i think the heating up got problem cos i on the switch in the master room before 15mins to bath but still not hot leh. Normally must heat up how long before u bath?? anyone pls advise? Cos thinking of changing a new one but dun know storage heater or instant heater good. anyone pls advise.

Just call and check that they are open until 6pm on weekdays. i was thinking of going down after work. anyone just brought the switch from them. and tell me how much and what u buy?? so i can ask my friend to buy for me.
