when i first viewed my unit, i also worried about the slant wall but after reno, find that actually the slanted angle is not really that obvious and now have stayed there for ~1.5mths liao, dun even notice it also

hi guys, got my wii console wif wii sports (think its US set, still dun noe the diff between US & local set) during PC Show 08 @ $488, also brought the wii play @ ~$70 there... initially also brought the wii fit from them, paid a deposit (cos its out of stock but was told that stock will only arrived end July) so we got a refund... they were selling wii fit for $155 which we tot was a good buy, too bad stock will only arrive so late

all these things, make a note in diary or something, and during final payment, bring out all these issues and request for a discount or something... if not, ask them to throw in something additional... else, when u are making final payment, print out your blog and pass it to the ID lo... maybe can sarcastically tell him "thank you, by the way, i've advertised for u on my blog, here is the print-out"

AGREED!!! i've the same problem too... especially now when reno going on for most units... everyday wipe the table also no use, end of day will have a layer of dust again

ya, agree.. i also got prob with turning at the cross junction there, its freaking narrow!! dun like to do u-turn there.. if coming by JP, rather take the main road (where the petrol station is) so that no need to make u-turn..

i see... ya, i had a crack line between the fake wall erected by ID and the actual wall from HDB.. though it can be 'plastered' & 'concealed' but think over time, the crack will appear again... for now, we just gotta ask the after-sales service to mend it lo... ooh.. u shifting in next month, meaning another week to go la? hahah... must be looking forward right?

oh right... back to the cracks... we did the 'plastering' ourselves (helped myself to the leftover putty from ID) and covered up the cracks... although not a pro job but at least can't see the cracks for now... ID has informed me that sooner or later, the cracks will appear again cos he has got lots of such 'complaints' before also (its a common problem for HDB flats)... bo bian lo... if the cracks appear again, think just gotta live with it le lo

After procrastinating for a loooong time, finally set out to hang up the string curtains that we brought 3 months ago… as we do not want a fixture in the WIW for the string curtains, the only way to put it up was to get those kind of rod where you can turn and extend its length (similar to the metal pole used for hanging clothes).. yesterday finally managed to find such a rod in IMM Daiso, and it’s really a great bargain @ $2 only… went home and got to work and here is the final product Wanted to take more pics but the camera died on me just when i wanted to take another shot, will take more pics to share later...
